The Revdex.com A+ rating and stars do not accurately reflect consumer feedback on ExeterExeter has a high number of consumer issues on this site and every other on the webThe company reports incorrect information to all credit bureaus repeatedly, consistently throughout the life of the loanThey send you letters stating what they reported is accurate, when you have the documentation from them that it is notThey bill incorrectly, overcharge and and do not resolve your accountThey will say whatever they have to to not provide you with the money they owe youThey set you up to failThey are pushing loans for $35,on cars that are worth $9,You get a different answer every time you call there asking about a standard business processTheir business practice changes based on who you talk to and I get treated differently every time I call thereThey set you up to fail and are in the business of making money off of a vulnerable population and repossessing carsMy concern is not only Exeter, it's the Revdex.com for supporting this business and a practice that is doing great harm to to their borrowersI have sent a copy of this posting to state and federal agencies as wellThank you

Customer service reps and supervisors have never been able to assist me with requests for contact information or upper level assistance ever
I cannot get a straight answer from anyoneEveryone you talk to gives you a different answer, and none of them are correctDuring the last phone conversation I had with a live person, I was told the legal department must get involved for them to send me THE COMPANY'S FAX NUMBERI was told, they cannot transfer phone calls, they cannot send or receive emails, and all the other 'departments' do not have phones or phone numbers, and they cannot have someone in another department contact me directlyI have sent secure messages through the company's website and have been given generic responses with the wrong informationI asked to have a late *** removed from my account due to circumstances beyond my control and was told someone noted my account and an upper level supervisor would get back with meNo one ever contacted meI sent another mess

Exeter Finance Corp is a ripoff I had a car loan with this company since and I the maturity date of the vehicle is 6/30/ I must admit that when I first bought my car, my credit was not that good However, I received a letter from exeter finance stating that my account will accrue interest everyday beginning on 4/1/if the remainder of my balance of 1,is not paid in full by 6/30/ This is absurd In my opinion, they prey on the weak and suck the blood from those who are really trying to live a decent American life When I am done paying....I will NEVER do business with this company or any car dealership that does business with this corporation It is an example of how people in high places step on the heads of those less rich or financially fortunate Don't ever let me win the lottery

They are refusing to send my payoff letter so that I can get my title from the DMV

I have been with exeter finance going on two years since november and during the month of may exeter finance would not accept my payments totatling dollars but instead charged me three nsf fee charges of and I spoke with representatives and asked why was I charged but no clear answerI could not figure out why and neither could my bank and my bank usaa agreed to verify the funds were there at the time of each transaction but exeter refused cooperation and would not accept any information I could provideI even spoke with supervisors at exeter and they would not let me get a word in during the conversationsExeter conclusion was that my bank info was incorrect but how when my account has been the same never changed at any pointMy account # is XXXXXXXNo one could explain anything to me but now ive lost in fees

My Jeep was illegally repossessed by Exeter finance Corp on February 8th The Corp did not notify me I had no money owed to them
On February 8th my Jeep Wrangler was repossessed VIN #1J4FAXXXXXLXXXXXX My account # XXXXXXXI was current with my payments I was not notified On February 9th I called the repair shop where my Jeep was and they informed me that Exeter Financial Corpcame and picked it up I called Exeter Financial Corp and they told me they had no paperwork on the repossession and could see that my account was paid up to date I received a letter on the 13th of February stating that I defaulted and that my past due payments were $0.00, accrued but upaid late fees were $59.98, repossession costs as of the date of the noitice were $765.82, with the total amount of $or they will sell my Jeep on March 23rd

I was talking with a sale person and she was very Rude.so I asked them to come and get the car been three months and the car is still in my yardAnd they keep put it as late payment on my record And calling me times a day or moreWhen I asked them to stop and come and get the car three more times

Upon talking to a rep it was verified that the payment should not have been taken, but a bank statement showing payment posted was neededI was very unhappy with sending in the bank statement that list all of my personal transaction however I proceeded and email the statement 7/3/showing payment posted to my account The unauthorized payment overdrew my account and three overcharges were applied for $each I filed a claim with Chase explaining the issue and they refunded the payment upon further investigation, but they made it clear if I could not get the money refunded from the Exeter by September 26th, the money will be debited from my account again

Oh man where to flipping start?!?!!?!?
