We have been with this company for yearsNever had any issues until we sold my husbands truckIt took numerous phone calls to customer service reps and supervisors for us to get the information the bank needed for the new owner to take possession of the truckA payment was debited from our account on 05-21-and they reviewed payoff check on 05-24-So now we are due a refundYou get nothing but the run aroundNothing is the same across the boardOne rep tells you thing and the next rep tells you something completely differentI was told weeks ago it would take 30-days to receive refundToday my husband was told we needed to provide profs payment was taken out (which btw the rep had told me prior she could see all that information)Then I call back to talk to supervisor and he can't even see where overpayment was applied but he sees where both checks were received and postedI am so glad we are no longer doing business with these peopleIf I don't hear back from supervisor by Friday on where my money is I am going to my bankOh, and good luck getting someone on the phone that you can actually understand

On July XX XXXX I was in an accidentCalled the insurance company and went through having the vehicle appraised and documents submitted to the insurance companyThe check for repairs was sent out within weeksI then find out that the check has to be endorsed by the finance company because they are the leinholder on the vehicleI then have the check overnighted to the company and then they inform me that I must have the work completed and pictures sent to them of the work before they will release the check to the body shopThere is no shop that I know of that will do the work and release a vehicle not knowing wether they will get paidSo the finance company let me know that I could call the insurance company back and have them re-issue the check to the body shop and myselfSo I got back on the phone with the insurance company whereas they said that they can't do that

I Paid off the vehicle and their holding an insurance checkI sent in all the paper work from the body shop with pictures

around July of I purchased a car for 22,and received a loan through Exeter financial Corp my monthly payment are @ 19.88% APR for monthsI recently spoke too Exeter concerning a PRINCIPAL ONLY payoff however I was only told the dailey rate that I pay in INTEREST, which is $a day I was told that my current balance was$17,; again I asked was this a INTEREST & PRINCIPAL payoff and didn't get a principal quote I decided to figure this out on my own, starting with a day at days equal INTEREST ONLYThis would leave going towards the PRINCIPAL Currently there is months remaining on this loan months mulpitied by PRINCIPAL ONLY payments of equals $12,091.20!
