I was late with my payments in December and January I became current in February exeter reported that I was late for months instead of
I was reported days late in February when in fact I was currentI have asked them repeatedly to fix this mistake and they refuseThe customer service reps have told me that it is out of their hands

I have pulled my credit and my husands, I have noticed on my husands credit, they have the car as paid in full via bankruptcy, however, they have on my credit past due $+ days The car was in my husbands name and he had to file bankruptcy due to fraud, ID theft, on his creditIf it is showing paid via bankruptcy on my husbands credit where as it is literally in his name, than they do not have any rights to try and put the bill off on me now According with our attorney they cannot do thisI want this taken off of my credit and for us to get this resolved If this is resolved, paid via bankruptcy on my husbands side, why are they bothering me?

I need a certified tittle to register my car in New York and a letter of permission
For over a month I have be contacting them to get a certified copy of the tittle andA letter of permission so I can register my car in New York , they keep telling me that they can't send it to me they have to send it to the dmv and they send me a copy of the tittle which I can't use because it's not a verified copy Ghe Dmv said they don't accept mail from anyone and they will have to send it to me! I have contacted them more than times and I am still not able to register my car in New York because they still have not sent me the right paper work !

Exeter Finance is by far the worst finance company everIf you don't have to get a loan with them DON'T! This is by FAR the WORST company with which I've ever dealt When I purchased my vehicle in December of 2016, both my credit and my husband's credit were not great We settled for a loan with Exeter because we needed a vehicle despite many warnings that this company is horrible In January of 2018, I made my monthly payment early online Apparently, Exeter wiped the payment out of their system I had no idea that this happened UNTIL I paid my February payment (again, it was early) I gave them the benefit of the doubt and paid both January and February online Within a couple of weeks, I received a letter that our vehicle would be repossessed due to lack of payment I called Exeter, and they claimed to never have received a payment for January or February Not only did that further KILL my credit and my husband's credit, but we also received a late fee for over $ I made my payment for March a few days ago and realized today that it had been wiped out AGAIN I am in the process of trying to get it paid so I am not charged yet another late fee from them This company really seems like a scam to me They are in the business of preying on folks that have subpar credit by offering rates that are entirely too high, and then they pile enormous late fees on top of that I will NEVER do business with them again
