Dear Mr [redacted] ,Thank you very much for your feedback SCBN takes all concerns very seriously I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced I have reviewed your account and I do see that you have spoken with members of our advocacy team As stated in those phone calls, please return the entire New Member Kit, unused and we will gladly refund all of your fees However, you stated in your complaint the medication you are in need of is a chemotherapy drug I am sure it must be very important to you and we would be happy to assist you in obtaining that medication from the pharmaceutical company We have worked with that company before and have been successful in getting our members enrolled If instead you wish for us to continue to assist you, please call our office at [redacted] , Monday through Friday from am to pm, Central Time and we will be glad to continue the assistance.If you have further questions, please feel free to call us!Kind regards,Member ServicesSCBN

Dear Ms [redacted] ***,Please check with your provider I did receive confirmation that a day supply of the medication was shipped to your doctors office in September If you are still having issues receiving it from them, please call our office and we can instruct them on how to obtain a replacement.However, there will be no refund, as services were provided and you are now fully enrolled in the program and receiving medications.Kind regards,Member ServicesSCBN

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because I would like the Revdex.com to keep this matter open until I receive my medication I am concerned that if I accept a response prematurely, the Revdex.com will close their file on it and considered the matter resolved I will not consider the matter resolved until I receive my medication.I do, however, appreciate Ms [redacted] 's prompt responses and ask that she continues to monitor this case until it is resolved From this point on, I will only be communicating with [redacted] regardless of which representative answers the phone when I call What has made this matter so disturbing to me is that I've been dealing with no less than twelve people since this matter began and no single one of them has ever seen anything through to completion I have been told by several people that I was going to be called back and only one of them ever did I would like to recommend to SCBN that if they ever hope to be able to achieve the "stellar customer service" they speak of, they need to assign one advocate to each case and that advocate needs to take ownership in and be responsible and accountable for bringing that case to conclusion It is impossible for numerous people to handle the same file and expect any of them to stay on top of everything that is going on I've spoken to several representatives at SCBN who had absolutely no idea what another representative has said or done on the case previously In many instances, they weren't even able to interpret the notes that someone else had made on the file This prolonged the delays even further I look forward to Ms [redacted] and [redacted] taking a personal interest in my file and keeping on top of it until I receive my medication Thank you [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Our intention is to provide the best possible customer service to our members. First, please let me remind you that we are NOT [redacted] ... You contacted Select Care Benefits Network, in order to join our membership. We provide assistance to our members by enrolling them into the various pharmaceutical companies and their patient assistance programs. We do not store or ship medications from our office.I have reviewed your account, and it does appear that they have now changed their policy for Medicare patients, for 2017. You were still eligible for assistance through 2016. Unfortunately, we did not receive any of your paperwork back, in order to forward to the patient assistance program.I do see that you called to cancel and we did so, immediately. Normally, refunds are not granted for the services we perform, however, as a gesture of good faith, I will refund that last month dues that you paid, in the amount of $35.00.
