I am rejecting this response because:
I went to my Doctor and asked for Eliquis.  They said I would have a 90  day supply free for 1 year.  Please cancel my subscription to the SCB N.  We are moving to a new city and I will not be here.Do not take any more money from my checking account.  You have already taken $155.  I have gone to the bank and advised them of my request.  They are aware no more money is to come out of my checking account.  CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP!  iF MORE COMES OUT, THEY WILL FILE A CLAIM!Your Customer Service is horrible.  I never received any calls asking for additional paperwork etc.  I made numerous calls and kept getting the same  answer.[redacted] did not receive the fax.  The last fax I sent, I received a confirmation immediately. Lesson learned.  forget the $155 .  Not worth the hassle.  You have numeroue bad reviews.  This will be added to the list.Regards,[redacted]

[redacted],Thank you again, for your comments and concerns.  To my understanding, you feel you were unaware of the 6 week time frame and the draft amounts for your membership.I have pulled the recorded phone calls and listened to them throughout.  On June 18, 2015, it was explained to you about the six week time frame and told about how the drafts worked.  You spoke with our rep, Terri, and also confirmed that you understood.  I apologize for any misunderstanding.Also in that phone call, it was explained that in order for the process to work, we would need your full cooperation in returning the signed documents and proof of income.  Your New Member Kit was mailed to your home address on 06-19-2015.  We did not receive any paperwork from you until 07-10-2015.  During that time, we spoke with your daughter (06-25-15) and to you (06-19-2015) and stressed the importance of the paperwork.  Once in our office, we had it completely processed and mailed to the pharmaceutical company within three business days.I have spoken with them today, and they have informed me that you were mailed the attestation letter to sign along with some other documentation to return to them.  That was also thoroughly explained in the initial calls.  They sent it to your home on 07-25-2015 and they are still awaiting it.  You need to sign the letter and return everything they mailed to you, back to them.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our office.  However, at this time, a refund is not warranted or issued.  Sincerely,Member ServicesSCBN?

I must have a hard check refund mailed to [redacted] I closed the bank account when the prescription Lifeline took money before we even completed the membership process... VERY SHADY,

Review: I am a customer of [redacted] and was filling a prescription which is the reason my vehicle was in the parking lot designated for both pharmacy customers and other customers of the other businesses in that location. I dropped off my prescription and was told that it would take over an hour to be filled. I therefore left to walk in the surrounding stores in the neighborhood while I waited for my medication. Upon returning, my vehicle was missing. I called the telephone number on the posted sign for the towing company who confirmed that my vehicle was towed and I was given the location of where my vehicle was. Although the posted sign stated that the the towing charge was $100, I was charged $243 in order to recover my vehicle and was told that the signs posted are old, therefore the price is incorrect. I requested a receipt and upon viewing my receipt I noticed that I was charged $125 towing charge and $100 retow charge. I called the business in order to clarify what the extra $100 was for and I was told that because my vehicle is an all wheel drive vehicle, they had to send another truck specifically a flat bed in order to tow it. I am not sure the reason I would be charged for this and I am requesting a refund of that extra $100 plus have the tax adjusted accordingly. I believe that I was scammed as my vehicle should never have been towed in the first place being that I am a customer and was conducting business which is the reason my vehicle was parked in the lot in the first place.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the extra $100 that I was charged. My vehicle was towed only once, not twice and either way, I should not be charged because a special vehicle had to be used to tow my car. The towing was not at my request, therefore I should not be charged for this. In addition, the $18 in tax that was paid needs to be adjusted once the price paid has been adjusted.

Review: We were parked in a residential neighborhood in Queens. The car was parked in front of a house, with the driveway clear, however the owners called the police who gave us a ticket. the owner then proceeded to call this towing company - this is NOT a tow away zone. We reached the car as the tow truck is pulling up to our car. They continued to put our car on the tow truck when we are there and telling them that we will remove the car. the 2 people that were in the truck said, since they have come all the way to the car, they need to be paid even though they did not have to tow our car. we were charged $243.00 dollars for a service that was never rendered. the receipt that they gave us, says the owner of the vehicle authorized the charge - which is completely false statement. The tow charge on the truck said $125, however we were forced to pay $243.00.

The incident happened at 11.45pm with my 2 young children with us and we did not have cash with us, so we were made to sit in the tow truck and go to an ATM machine before they will release my car. I said my husband can ride with them, and I can follow in my car with my kids but they refused, so 4 people had to get in the truck with all kinds of wires and pipes in the back seat.

Extremely bad customer service, bad experience for my family and a total rip off when no service was performed.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive an apology to my family for the bad experience and refund for unauthorized charges.
