I am rejecting this response because: I sent back the documents that we had with the folder 2 weeks ago. I told you on the phone the day before that the Drs office shredded them. There was 4 pieces of paper. It has been filled completely out with personal information I told the office to shred them. I would not send them out with that info on it. They were useless to them because we had filled them out. If this isn't straightened out, I will contact the Attorney General

I am rejecting this response because:Frist off you hung up on me when asking for my refund of$160.00. I have already sent off your packet. I am on disabilityand your misrepresentation of charges cost me $ 70.00 in bankcharges for insufficient funds because of the way you charged me. I sent the packet today now please issue me my refund andplease don't tell me about policies. There are always exceptions to any policy, and I need that money you scammed me off for.Your hanging up on me is further proof that you are scam art yourcompany is NOT at all professional, hanging up on people aboutcomplaining for your scam!In my original letter I asked for $110.00. I am rejecting this response because:  this company keeps changing what they require to get the full refund.  As the company letter states to the Revdex.com, that is attached, dated 1/6/16, it states that once they received the doctor's portion of the application, they would send the refund.  I did comply and mailed it to them.  It was not a copy as they are now saying. It was the original doctor's portion that a physician was to attach a prescription for said drug, Combivent.   As I' have complied with the paper they requested and sent numerous pages of their packet previously, I can't imagine why they are now changing again, what they want.   It is costing me more in postage too.  I sent what they requested and I need them to comply by sending the refund immediately.   I did make copies of the paperwork that I've kept just in case I need to seek outside help with this case but, did NOT send them any copies, only originals!!

They offered free service but I have already paid for no services. They offered a 50.00 refund. Why should they keep 100.00 of my money? I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is somewhat satisfactory to me. I can't understand why the company sent us the letter that asked for us to "send them the original, unused application for the Combivent" and then they would issue a refund.  Of course, after you look at the letter which is attached, along with what they are seeking (also attached), how could someone understand that this physician information is what they were after.   I believe it is a ploy to keep the funds longer so that an accumulation of interest could occur in their bank account.  Honestly, look at the two documents attached.  Would you know to send this physician form in order to receive a refund?  I think it is unprofessional to say the least!!!   We have asked them for a refund since December!  Don't you think the wording of their request was so off base that of course, we would end up sending the wrong information?  I ask that they now accept the scanned copy above to expedite their refund. I can do nothing with their form so I am asking that this will do in place of a hard copy!!

with SCBN on 07-28-2016, for our monthly membership program.  Your New Member Kit was mailed to you on 07-29-2016. The first documents we received from you were on 08-08-2016, and that was the Advocate Authorization.  We did not receive your application back until 08-22-2016.  It was processed in our office and forwarded to the pharmaceutical company within a week.  I have called the pharmaceutical company and you were approved and fully enrolled in their program on 09-14-2016, and the voucher card was mailed to your home address on 09-15-2016.  It is my understanding, from notes in your account, and conversations with our advocates, that your health care provider is some distance from you and it makes it difficult to go get your prescriptions.  Unfortunately, due to the nature of the medication, you will be required to take a new prescription to the pharmacy on a monthly basis.  This was explained in the initial welcome call with our advocate.  I am sorry if there was confusion regarding if it can be faxed or not.  Most pharmacies will not accept faxes of the type of medication you require.  If you would like additional assistance regarding how your voucher card works, please call our office at ###-###-####, Monday through Friday 8 am to 8 pm, Central Time, excluding holidays.  We will gladly go over the procedure with you.However, at this time, because we were able to get you enrolled in the patient assistance program, there is no refund due.Thank you,Member ServicesSCBN
