Dear [redacted],I am in receipt of your additional concerns.  I have reviewed your account again.  I have listened to the welcome call, as well, that you did with [redacted] at 3:34 pm, on 02/19/2016.  At that time, [redacted] explained, twice, the $50 fee is a non-refundable administrative fee.  The only time this is refundable is if your account is canceled prior to us preparing your New Member Kit and mailing it to you.  You signed up with our membership services on 02/19/2016 and your New Member Kit was prepared on 02/22/2016 at 7:51 am and mailed at 11:16 am, that same day.  You did not cancel until 03/01/2016 at 1:19 pm.Unfortunately, the $50 is a non-refundable fee, in this instance.  I do see the $35 monthly membership fee was returned to your financial institution on 03/11/2016 and should have cleared by this time.  Please call our office if you have further questions. Kind regards,Member ServicesSCBN

I am rejecting this response because: I never received any medications.  I was told on several occasions that they would be delivered in the next 2 to 3 days.The money withdrawn was $85  July 13 to Select Care Benedues 12th  [redacted] withdrawn from my checking account.   August 12, 2016  $35 withdrawn Select Care Benefits 11th [redacted].    Sept 12 2016   $35   Select Care Benedues 08th [redacted].  I was told when I called and spoke with [redacted] that I did qualify due to my out of pocket cost.  I sent all the paperwork in with the Drs prescription and information with all the receipts that justified my qualifications.  However I did not hear anything for 2 weeks.  I called and was told I did not qualify and I needed to send in additionals receipts, which I did.  Did not hear anything again for 2 weeks.  Called on 9/1/16 and was told it was faxed to [redacted], however  they had not received it.  My question, don't you get a receipt when a fax is received.  Yes    called on 9/7/16  [redacted] had not received the fax.  will fax again.  should have medicine in 3 to 4 days.  I explained I had only a small amount left, and as you know you do not stop blood thinner, t his can cause a stroke.  Her suggestion...go get samples from Dr.  Called on 9/12 [redacted] still does have the fax.    I never received any calls from stating when, what and if I would ge this medicine.  On 9/20/16  I was out of medicine ..called spoke to [redacted] and told I wanted to cancel.  She agreed  , spoke  to Supv [redacted] asked to cancel a SCAM.My Cardiologist was supprised I was paying for medications from this company.Regards,.  .  [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:The application was completed by my WIFE. We drove to Wausau to get the paperwork signed and filled out by the doctor. She faxed all the paperwork and emailed it in to the company.I was told I was approved when in fact I was not.There were a lot of request for several different types of information. All completed by my wife. I went to the web site of the medication provider. I AM NOT ELIGIBLE for assistance. I have insurance and my co-pay is not considered excessive.I am struggling to pay for my medication. I is a shame to be ripped off.

I am rejecting this response because: This company SCBN put us through a "pre-approval" process to determine eligibility to enroll in the program offered by SBCN. The pharmaceutical company emailed the Doctor on file the same day SBCN removed us from the program, advising that me that I was wrongly denied assistance and they would be processing and shipping the medication. SBCN took our money and did not provide services. The application that the pharmaceutical company approved was one I had sent in years prior, which had nothing to do with SBCN, as their name was no where on the email. SBCN DID NOT provide the services they promised to provide and took money from my bank account knowing they lied. They did not do what they promised to do. I had to wait almost three days before they could "enroll" me in their fake program, because they said they had to make sure I was not eligible for medicaid or other insurance. After taking in my income and my fiances income and informing me they WOULD do a soft credit check to verify my income they would get back in contact with me. 3 days later they contacted me to inform that my income was in the limits to be eligible for their program. They knew the first $85.00 draft that our income was above the guidelines for medicaid, and if I was eligible for medicaid or "extended" medicaid I would have already applied for it saving myself $120.00 and $35 a month, knowing I could have received my insulin free or cheaper than $35 a month. Also, SCBN states they have to process paper work monthly to the pharmaceutical company for my medicine. This is also a lie and misrepresentation, as the pharmaceutical company only requests verification of income and paperwork once a year. So with that being said, where was my money really going to? I again request a full refund of my $120.00 that was never used to help receive medicine in any way.

I am rejecting this response because:SCBN was hired to help me get free or reduced priced diabetes medication.They make me believe if I pay them $100.00 up front and $50.00 monthly I will receive the medications.The represented themselves as necessary middleman to the manifacturers.SCBN provided nothing for my $150.00,and now I know people with Medicare part D not qualified  for free meds!!SCBN misled me and cheated out me from my money!I want my $150.00 back,ASAP.

I am rejecting this response because: Select Care as a reputable company should not want to keep funds that no services was perform. I took the forms my Doctor office they misplaced or lost them. When I asked my doctor he knew nothing about them. Therefore, I was unable to send them back to the company. Why should they be aloud to keep 150.00 profit of my money. At this point all I want from Select Care is my money back witch they do not deserve to keep. How can a reputable business keep monies for services not rendered. There should be some kind of comprise to refund my well needed money.
