I made a purchase on March 29, for a product I have never received or offered a returnI contacted the seller on multiple occasions and was told the product was on it's way.! NEVER GOT ANYTHING JUST TOOK MY MONEY!

I ordered a jackal Fully Automatic Blank Firing Gun Nickel Finish, Order Number: *** with the same website on dated July 5, 2016, for RS:15,988.80(USD approx) , transaction no: paypal receipt no***, the product never arrived as promised Estimated Delivery was between (July 27, - August 17, 2016), the website gave an tracking no.*** (usps) in the website *** it says that the product is still in transitwhereas when checked with the parent website of the courier service it says that the product has been sent back to the origin dated back on August 1, , 11:am, its been a nightmare since then I haven't received any update regarding the samei launched a complain in the website and till date the status of the complain was disputed on August 18, Its been so much trouble that it cant be explained we can just hope a help as our money is gone as well as we have never received the product

In almost years of secure and satisfactory transactions with iOffer, I am disappointed with their robotic copy/paste concept of CUSTOMER SERVICE and nonexistent TECHNICAL SUPPORT!! The issue began as I'd attempted to complete a purchase via credit card, which was an available option provided by this particular "seller", only to receive a message in red stating " PAYMENT FAILED: DECLINED" and I then re-entered assuming I'd incorrectly entered my info, only for a similar error message, this time suggesting I "use another card or try again later", again "DECLINED", which made no sense, as my credit card is ALWAYS fully loaded!! After a few more attempts (Versace boxers are so worth the extra effort) the same stupid message popped up!I double checked with the card company, that assured any error was definitely NOT on my endSo, Ifollow iOffer's site guide, email the address provided and still NO RESOLUTION, just another copy/paste message redirected back to the same nonexistent "HEL

I placed an order on Nov.12,2016, with *** that totaled 79.98, my order # is ***I had an estimated delivery date from Dec- Dec 22, According to my account, it was Shipped on Nov17, 2016, with a tracking # ***, it is now Feb5,2017, an I have still not yet received my orderI have made several attempts to contact the seller by message, only response is BE PATIENTI HAVE MADE DAILY ATTEMPTS to track my package and it's stating NOT FOUNDThese FUNDS were taken from my account in NovI am no longer interested in the merchandise, I WOULD LIKE A COMPLETE REFUND ASAP

The fact that this business is located in the United States and it provides a platform for common thieves to steal peoples hard earned money is in acceptable!! I NEVER received my ORDERS!!! I’ve made several attempts to resolve this issue but I’m dealing with thieves so there is no communication once they get your money!!! IOFFER DOES NOT CARE!!!! How is this acceptable? If hundreds of people are having this same issue all over the world how does IOFFER stay in business and continue to rob people in broad daylight??? I definitely would like my money back but most importantly this site should be shut down!!!

Hello! I made orders from two different ordersFirst order I made was on 7/21/2018.  Order number: *** The seller kept told me to wait and my package came in October, but I received the wrong itemThe seller told me to send me the items I received so they can verify that I truly received a wrong itemBut ever since I sent them an email with the picture of wrong item, they are not responding to and ignoring my message! The seller is ***) The next order I made was from a seller ID *** on 7/25/Order number: *** This seller's tracking nunber never worked and regardless of my constant question on where is my package, the seller never gave me an answer and told me to just waitThe item has still not arrived.  I can't believe how dishonest all these people are and how they are just robbing people like this!! This has been going on for months and this is ridiculous!!
