Please keep in mind that iOffer is a marketplaceWe provide stores (the platform), but independent sellers manage their inventory, sales and shippingUnfortunately, iOffer cannot refund or exchange products as we are not part of the order or payment process
We have contacted the seller on Ms***'s behalf and hope that s/he will provide the requested refund or exchange in a timely mannerAdditionally, the seller's account has been suspended for violating our Terms of Service
If Ms*** does not hear back within hours, we implore her to file a dispute with her payment processor to request a refundShe can always cancel the dispute with her payment provider should the seller provide a timely resolution to this problem
Note the resolution period next to each payment provider (# Days) to ensure the dispute is filed within the resolution period:

I purchased several items from various merchants and did not receive the merchandiseOne particular vendor I purchased items and they never shipped the items and they never responded to emailsWhen I checked on April 20, it appears the seller has closed downAs for other transactions, I asked for a quote for three items, one in each color but I only received one productThe seller did not offer to correct the problemIOffer needs to do a better job of screening their sellersI have not had a great experience with the company and will never shop with them again

I purchased an item from iOffer and they never sent it - it was pure theft - this is a fraudulent website and should be shut downiOffer does not even have a process to remove criminal sellers

I placed orders with I offer and only received and with in days the one I received was brokenafter several messages I was told to remove the bad feedback and I would get a refund well I have done that and never got my refund so negative feedback was placed back on both vendors and I am out all my money and nothing to show for it! I am furious and wish I had resources to fight to get my money back

This business is a scamI have had many Chinese sellers who did not send items I payed forI emailed them and they said they cannot do anything about it because they just provide the website I did call my bank and blocked the transactions and got my money backBut I offer is a huge scam*** and other protect sellers, Ioffer *** ***Emailing your customer service? Shame on you iOffer and Shame on you *** for supporting their criminal activity just because they have it in writing that it is OK for them to have crooks for suppliers,

Bad experience with this company I wish I had looked at the customer rating reviews before I ordered from them I placed an order on December 9, and as of December 27, I still had not received the item To make matters worse the company directs you to their Help Desk which gives you FAQs (which includes calling the 3rd party vendor that they dealt with) I will never order from iOffer again and will share this negative experience with all of my friends...chalking this purchase up as a loss!

I ordered from what I understood to be a trustworthySeller on ioffer so I purchased ** dollars worth of handbags and the transaction seemed to be smooth I paid and they took the money very quicklyAnd immediately the seller marked order to shippedI didn’t think much into it other then they mover very quickly a few days go by I check to see where my package has moved to on tracking and still says post office hasn’t processed the items so I just waitI go back to my account today to leave seller a message but the seller is no longer on the site to sell they have no listingsNow I’m stuck trying to get money back because I know the seller didn’t ship any items and they just robbed me of over ** dollars that I could of used for my childrenI will never purchase from this site ever again

Here is the problem, and iOffer knows of this problem and does nothing at all to prevent it, as they dis engage from all sellers and take no responsibility for the lack of integrity of there sellersI have placed two orders three weeks ago and was given fake tracking numbers by sellers on iOffer, *** *** is one seller who I've ordered from and *** *** The numbers in parenthesis represent the number of sales these seller's have made through iOffer, with multiple complaints against these sellersHere is the scamI was able to pay with my credit card for these two ordersiOffer will simply respond to this complaint and tell the consumer to charge back to the credit card for non-receipt of an item; but will do nothing to the seller in terms of consequences for providing fake track numbers or not mailing itemsWhy? Because iOffer makes money on each transaction, whether the consumer receives the goods or not, and in addition the seller will never have to refund the

On august I ordered items from Ioffer I ordered the Balenciaga womens fashion top sneakers running shoe and the womens handbags shoulder bages totes hobo satchel(Gucci bag)The shoes were $usd and the bag was $usd the total was usdIt is now decemberand I have still not recived my orders I have been messaging the seller but they have given me no replyThey sent me invalid tracking numbers as well
