I've tried three times to order different items from three different sellers They hold my payment as pending Why am I not able to just place my order, make my purchase, & receive a payment & delivery confirmation? This site is such a hassel it sounds like a scam And furthermore there is not enough contact between buyer and seller Poor customer serviceYou need better quality sellers on your site

I ordered two belts from *** on May 31, 2017, they where a 38" and a size small ( listed as to inches)I received a 36" and a 38" beltOn July I contacted the vendor and I have not had a reply

I have ordered over items from different sellers on iOffer and out of all only have shown upThe that have shown up were both fraudulent items (meaning sellers trying to make you pay for authentic but sending you fakes or different cheaper items)I have right now open disputes on PayPal because of this website and by the tardiness of the remaining orders it looks like I'm going to have even more disputesAt first I didn't blame the website I blamed their sellersThen I spoke with iOffer reps and they were rude, didn't help at all, and basically through their hands up and said theirs nothing they can doAnd then when I had even more problems they must of been tired of all the complaints because they actually blocked me on Twitter (the only place you can actually speak to iOffer)They blocked me on Twitter not because I was being unreasonable just that they were exhausted with dealing with the problems that their website creates for peopleAs soon as my remaining items are handled whether it be more claims or they surprise me and actually arrive I will never use anything associated with the name iOfferThey don't seem to screen their sellers at all because I spoke to someone on Twitter who is filing with the attorney general against iOffer because their credit card number was stolen from the iOffer website because they don't have proper securityVery sad and the worst part is after speaking to actual iOffer reps now I know without a doubt why anything someone orders from iOffer it is most likely going to end in a bad regretful experienceI would urge anyone against even trying the website anymoreIt's sad what I have gone through when I thought it was to good to be true, and sure enough...it was??

Seller earned my trustI ordered a few items & I received themChristmas I decided I'd put a substantial order in costing several thousand dollars Seller was always honest & asked me to send money transfer in which I've done beforeThe difference this time is he was patient until he could steal a large sum of money from meHe only sent me a few items out of a large order & never sent the majority of what I paid forHe was patient like a lion waiting to go in for the killI'm very honest and can't imagine someone would steal from a person that treated them so well such as I didYou reap what you sowKarma will cast Unbelievable terrmoial on this seller Ioffer should hold seller accountableInstead the don't do their research & these thiefs open other stores on ioffer waiting to steal from the next victim

It’s a platform for thieves to steal your hard earned money!!!

I'm a active Buyer for years, and the service is great! Check the reviews and how many years your in seller's profile before buying, DHL or EMS is reliable (sometimes extra but worth it)and if you use PayPal is better

Very BAD they are scammersthe company itself scams and the sellers toothe company do not exist on ''San Francisco, CA 94107-'' they phones do not exist dont work! they stealing and laundering the money!

Don’t mess with people money that they work hard for

I'm filing a complaint against ioffer.com.In particular against customer service representative*** this customer service is horrible and was negligent towards my account.I owed selling fees.I shipped a money order which is available for pickup for days now.My account was blocked from selling until the money order was cashed,the rep acted ignorant like I didn't even send anything almost on purpose.This cost me almost a month of sales.I keep contacting the rep to resolve the balance,but rep still acts ignorant and barely replies in days.There is no way to pay fees with credit card or paypal this company is horrible and does not deserve an accredited business status
