ioffer has sellers shipping fake packages, I got ripped off for $

iOffer allows various sellers to misrepresent themselves under numerous aliases and advertise items that are unavailableI ordered different items from different sellersOne item (the one in dispute) was never delivered and the tracking number for the item was untrackableI found out later that the seller never had the items in stock, never sent the items and refused to issue a refundWhen I attempted to follow up and report to paypal that I never received the items, the seller gave a tracking number and claimed the items were delivered which lead to a cancellation and resolution of the complaintIt turns out that the seller submitted a tracking number for a different item I ordered from a completely different seller which was actually delivered to meThis is how I found out the two different sellers were actually the same person because there is no other explanation for how the one seller could submit a tracking number for an item I never ordered from himThe tracking

I purchased an item on 7/12, from ioffer***The merchant has not shipped it, nor does he have an idea on when it will be transportedHe will not provide a ship date, which is unacceptable & implausibleThe listing clearly states, How long is shipping to Charlotte, NC? I ordered two items online from Ioffe***The first was a watch, which I never heard anything from the seller regarding my purchase, shipment, and did not receive a tracking number or the watchThe second item I ordered was a jacket in which the seller sent me a fake tracking number, never actually shipped the item, and a few days later deleted herself from the website all togetherThe website claims to have reviews listed to see if the seller is trusted however this seller had over 16,fake reviews and diminished to over nightDefinitely a scam website

I have purchased items from Ioffer since I recently came back and purchased a few thingsI find that there areally some scammers on here that sends our empty packages, or you never received your packagesI blame Ioffer because they don't have better rules to protect their buyers from bring scammed So my suggestion is do not buy anything expensive because you are definitely taking a chance of being scammedSome sellers are good but the thing is you don't really know

I ordered an item from the websiteI received a tracking number and would check daily on the status since it was coming from ChinaI would receive emails from the seller asking if I received the item to which I would reply noThe trail of the tracking for over a month shows that my item never left China, the seller stopped responding to my emails and I can't get a response from the companySo basically this was a scam and they took my money
