I ordered items from this siteWhen it was the expected time to arrive none of the items arrived..When contacted sellers there response was it was on the way ,and they would send me tracking informationNEVER received any response againWhen I reported the problems and gave bad feedback,they responded they would refund me to check my accountI have checked my account everyday since the incidents and contacted the bank and I haven't received no REFUND..The sellers also mentioned to please when I receive refund to please change my feedback on site I agreed when I receive my refund...STILL NO RESPONSE..These SELLERS make the other sellers not trustworthy...I had a couple of sellers that where very accurate and good customer service

I purchased a watch on the ioffer website in NovemberThe delivery estimate is past dueThey are a site for merchants to sell onI never received my purchaseI have numerous times tried to contact the seller and ioffers customer service with no responseAll I would like is a refund of $Thankyou

Full of scams, if you don't receive your item they ask you to contact your bank for a full refund, who has time to contact his bank for bucks and fill out all the forms, not going to use again ever

I do, but don't accept the responseFirst, my name is not MrDimmer's as stated in the letter
Second, I realize their is a method to contact sellers to ask questions and I wrote that in my original complaint:
"One last note: Sellers could be emailed on Ioffer however they do not always respond."
Why should buyers have to go through the hassle?
The geological location should be listed on every sellers webpage like ebay
I was inconvenienced by the Seller since I didn't know they are internationalI was overcharged and had to dispute the differenceI don't plan on using ioffer again

DO NOT BUY!!!! iOFFER IS A SCAM! They allow their vendors to scam customers and they do nothing in return! I ordered merchandise and never received italmost months agoDo Not spend your money or waste your timeThe Dispute process is a joke that leaves all power in the hands of the Vendor (Scammer)You will never be refunded and iOffer is okay with that because they receive their fee from the seller regardless

my experience has been very favorable, every item I purchased it has arrived with a small delay but great communication and report on expected date of arrival

everything is safe if you use *** has buyer protection on almost any items up to 10kHowever most sellers do not use *** due to their long holds on fundsI suggest if Ioffer wants to succeed in the e-commerce game they need to provide sellers to go thru a 3rd party when handling consumers money via credit / visa debitCharge backs are not always guaranteedHelping to protect consumers should be number priority.Good site with potential but the review rate is killing the sites credibility and reputation

THIS IOFFER IS HAVING SELLER GIVE ADVERSITMENT, I BROUGHT A ITEM AND GOT SOMETHING ELSE, IT ONLY TOOK MONTHS THAN YOU GET THE WRONG THING, WAS GOING TO SEND IT BACK, BUT THE ADDRESS IN CHINA, ADDRESS IS A MILE LONG, I GUESS I SHOULD BE HAPPY I GOT ANYTHING, EVEN IF IT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED
