I purchased a pair of *** shoes from *** *** ** * *** on 11/17/and the payment was taken from my account , then the *** cancelled my order and never refunded my moneyI have contacted Ioffer.com multiple times and nothing has been done

very many scams on the site, sellers never return money, delivery is longer than it is written, the picture of the goods often does not correspond to reality

Hello, I’ve put in several complaints and disputes to this company and received responsesOne was a threat and ultimative concerning my complaint, and I did not appreciate that at allI’ve asked them nicely as a customer to resolve my problem by sending me the item I paid for or refund me my money, that’s when I receive the threat because they didn’t like that, I put in a dispute and gave them a bad review because I made a purchase through this company on November 21, and I have not received my itemThe item number is ***So, feel they never had the item, they just displayed advertisement and took my moneyI’ve wrote several times to the company and the seller and now no one is responding at all! I am a very unsatisfied customer!!!!
