This website is NOT protectedIf you make a purchase and never receive the item or request a refund the sellers will ignore youAs you go to submit a complaint got help help desk tells you they have nothing to do with anything beside they are "just a platform" and to file a dispute with your bank insteadBasically, they take your money, send poor items or won't send anything at all and you take a loss

I ordered shoes from this company the beginning of last month and and still haven't received and merchandiseI've asked for my money back and they keep saying it's on the way

I, amongst others, have had our identities stolen as soon as payment info is added for our purchases on iOfferBefore the seller even receives notice of purchase and payment info, credit cards, bank accounts and PayPal accounts get illegally hackedThey offer no assurance for issues like these, as they continually state that they are JUST a platform for sellers, and illegally take advantage of shoppersI am out of almost $and will not resolve this case until that amount is added back to my accountI've also contacted local and federal law enforcement who are investigatingLegal repercussions are also in processRevdex.com - please read the other online reviews of this companyI think they are lying about their U.SAddress and r out of countryMy purchases were sent from China and other transactions (via iOffer) in Eastern Europe and the Middle EastThese could potentially be terroristsPLEASE investigate!!

DOUBLE STANDARDSI sell videos which are in the *** ** *** genreI put them on, Ioffer removed them and ended my accountThey took out *** from my bank account to join them, I demand it backI sell only original DVD's while they have numerous sellers who have been with them for years who only sell bootleg and counterfeit DVD's , and nothing ever done about themThey also have dealers who sell *** ** *** movies At least what I sell are LEGAL, there's are bootlegs or counterfeits and I can prove itDouble StandardsI'll be contacting the *** *** *** *** *** *** about double standards use by Ioffer.com They got their little buddies who sell outright counterfeit DVDs and you can report them over and over and nothing done about them while someone like me selling legitimate DVDs get thrown off the websiteMost of the DVDs for sale on the site openly state that they are DVD-R meaning they are copied

I never received my item, and its been a month, and my credit card was hacked right after the purchase

Bought two pairs of shoes since November and I have not seen it I bought two pairs of shoes from a seller on iofferHe will not refund or ship my itemsI have contacted him numerous times and he will not respond on when he plans on shipping my purchasesHe responded only when I gave him a negative feed back "delete the negative feedback" I paid him via money gram and he has already cashed out the money

I made a purchase from this seller; *** on iOfferOnce the purchase was made the seller sent me an invoice that he create through PayPal that was of a personal typeThe seller knew that if he created the invoice and asked for payment through PayPal for merchandise as a personal money request that this cannot be challenged through PayPal's policiesAs a buyer your only allowed buyers protection if the item is for merchandise onlyI however was unable to tell by the invoice created that this invoice was set up as a personal money exchangeThere was no way I could tell the differenceShortly after my payment I requested a tracking number for my purchaseThat's when the seller stated this; "very sorry for that but paypal freeze our account and don't permitted refund your money please open a dispute case immediately from your paypal for get your money back ,Regards.."
