We're sorry Ms. [redacted] is having trouble with an order.
Please keep in mind that iOffer is a marketplace. We provide stores (the platform), but independent sellers manage their inventory, sales and shipping. Unfortunately, iOffer cannot refund or exchange products as we are not part of the order or payment process.
It appears Ms. [redacted] made an order on November 10, 2015 (see: https://www.ioffer.com/buyers/orders/XXXXXXXX). The order appears to be pending as payment has not been confirmed. We have contacted the seller on Ms. [redacted] 's behalf and hope that s/he will provide the requested refund or exchange in a timely manner.
If Ms. [redacted] down not hear back within 48 hours, we implore her to file a dispute with her payment processor to request a refund. She can always cancel the dispute with her payment provider should the seller provide a timely resolution to this problem.

As a result, iOffer does not participate in any transactions, process payments, provide shipping or confirm the authenticity of merchandise listed on the site. This is clearly set forth in iOffer's user agreement, located at http://www.ioffer.com/info/user_agreement. Paragraph 5 of the iOffer User Agreement states:
iOffer is only a Venue: Our Site acts as an open marketplace for users to buy, sell and negotiate the purchase and sale of goods with other users. iOffer only provides a service and is not involved in any transaction between buyers and sellers who use our Site. There are risks that You assume when dealing with foreign nationals, underage persons or people otherwise acting under false pretenses. You agree that all of these risks are borne by You, and not iOffer. iOffer does not control the behavior of users on the Site or the information provided by other users that is made available through our Site. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I saw that a refund was requested of the seller.  I only want the other watch sent.  I paid for 2 in one transaction. I have not heard from the seller, and do not intend to contact my bank on such a small refund.

I have done everything you listed. I have tried several times to contact the seller he is not willing to refund my money. When I went to your site it said secure payments. I don't accept it because, your site should have more control of the advertising and how the sellers promotes his or her merchandise. Lastly I think your site should better protect the image and make sure if the customers are not mislead and the seller does take more money than what the merchandise cost. This is all fraud and your site needs to refund me because the seller is not responding.

My last purchase wS totally awesome!! The purse was so much similar to the ones sold in the department stores. I am very pleased with my purchases, and I will recommend this company and I will order other merchandise with confidence.

I found the payment procedure very confusing and not at all straight forward wouldn't take [redacted] or any British credit cards and so canceled my order
