ioffer says countless times they only provide the platform, fair enough, then why is it ioffer when your given evidence of fraud sites on your platform, you do not remove them>>>??? ioffer are part of the wider scam

This is a BUYER BEWARE IOFFER IS HUNDREDS OF COMPANIES BASED IN CHINA NOT USA! I have placed a few orders with Ioffer, some parcels never arrived and ioffer wipes there hands clean of these issues stating you can only get a refund from seller or dispute with you merchant they don't assist in Nothing at All ( then you dealing with your bank), and these Sellers provided a fake tracking number and do not sell what is advertisedA few other orders that did arrive were not as the seller described BEWARE, they shipped totally different, very different item not what I ordered (junk)THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HELP ON EMAIL OR via PHONE NUMBER AND I HAVE SENT MANY EMAILS WITH NO RESOLUTION AT ALL !THE ONLY THING I GET IS THE SAME RESPONSE FROM AUTOMATED SYSTEM via email and no returned calls Revdex.com how ARE THEY IOFFER resolving any issues? The ioffer site is full of scam artist, and none are based in California NONE there is no customer service help there! Also ioffer sellers give you a NPB rating if you don't pay via Western union having your credit card stating system error just so they can get money wired, As they did with my account gave me a negative NPB when I have funds on my credit card.but insisted on western union !!Buyers you deffinantly won't get any money back paying by Western Union this way if you don't get you merchandise ! And ioffer proudly displays Revdex.com when they have had several thousand complaints as I see now ! This is a disgrace of customer service and of a company I have a lot of evidence to prove my review ! as I just screen shotted the same auto response !!!

I placed four orders I received and the other said that it was delivered and I never got them after over a month of waitingThe only way I knew that they were delivered is through email saying to rate the productIt wouldn’t allow me to track it nor would it let me view my orders? But my money is gone? *** needs to refund me my money and block that sellerThere’s no customer service number but they run you around in circles telling you to contact their faqs and help desk, no real direct support or frequently asked questions? They need a button for, “ where is my stuff?”

I placed an order from ioffer.com February 8th, and was told the item shipped February 10th, The seller estimated delivery 2-weeks out (2/24/- 3/17/18) And now as of 3/24/2018- week late; the seller requested me to patiently wait over 10+ days before I consider being updated And also had the nerve to tell me that the non-tracking # they gave me is finally working to track the shipment 3/23/and still for me it doesn't For me this is terrible service and untrustworthy

I have purchased from this website and have been scammed two timesThe website does not take responsibility nor takes action to stop scammers, but also is a platform for the scammers and bullies to steal innocent shopper's moneyThe seller can create an account with "years of history" and many positive feedback but they can delete their account a few days after they receive the moneyThey will also do nothing to improve the shopping experienceThe website distorts the internal communicationThe website just apologizes publicly and asks to contact help desk where nothing happensThey basically repeat a pre-written paragraph in a personal communication and expect you to stop complaining

I never received my product and they took my money and want answer me back its been over month and still nothing this site has to do better and take some kind of responsibility for the refund policy or be label as a scam site
