IOFFER.COM is a awesome site! I've been shopping on here for years, and always have had a great experience! The site has great stuff, and it's reliable:)

I had may a purchase with ioffer in july for some *** in a mens size nine after I summited all of my information and card information it has went through the computer said that I will recieve the shoes on September 9th after the 9th we didn't receive the shoes I was trying to contact them the only way was through email I tried calling the number to that business online and I left messages and a contract number and no one called me back they took the money I did not get the shoes and I want my money back I am asking could someone cal and not email me I want to speak to someone about this matter thank you

I purchased a pair of shoes for *** on December 16,The shoes came in January 8, I ordered the shoes according to the sellers size chart but the shoes were still too smallThe seller wanted me to send them back but that cost more then what I paid for the shoesI would just like a refund because this was not my fault the seller used inadequate information
