Ordered some shoes off the website asked for a size they sent me one shoe was a 1/and one shoe was a sent the seller pictures of what he sent me he said he would issue me a refund it has been two months still no refundcontacted the seller he said I will get it in days never received it

There is seemingly no way to close this account!

I ordered on line from iOffer an I phone 5/5s fashion back leather case on March 20, Paid by using my Pay Pal accountThey promised I would get it in two weeksI never received itSo, I contacted them over and overOn April 18, 2016, they finally sent a small brown manila envelope and the phone was cracked into pieces, because it was not leather and not packaged correctlyI contacted them again, and they finally responded and said to wait a week and they would make sure I got another phone caseNever received itOn May 9, 2016, they lied again and said please give them seven more days or they would give me a refundAs of June 5, 2016, I have not heard from themI never received my phone case or a refund

I received the order just fine However it was a canvas whistle handbag that did not have the whistle.I have tried to tell them times finely they respond and ask for pictureWhy? all they have to do is look at the orderIt is an easy fix

I purchased items on the ioffer website from sellers in ChinaMy orders were made in NovemberI've only received two of them and they were delivered well after the estimated date and not on time for Christmas (even though I ordered on the 20th)Upon re-checking the tracking information on each order, none of them returned results on USPS.comI received an error message saying I'll be updated on the tracking once they receive my items from the seller (even though the sellers have marked everything "shipped" to me)I've contacted each seller directly (two weeks ago) and they haven't responded yetAt this moment, the sellers have my payment for the itemsI've even paid international fees to my bank to have these items shipped to meI believe I've been scammed
