Horrible! When I first discovered this site, I ordered something reasonably low and I got the item but after that it was hard trying to find a good sellerThis site supports bogus sellers who take your money, give you a bogus tracking number and don’t communicate! The help page is also bogus and the email they provide on Revdex.com is bogus too!

I made a purchase from a seller on ioffer, money was taking from my account but the seller cancelled my transactionI reported the problemWhen asked why the transaction was cancelled he said because he could not ship to my country (which was not the truth because this was my 2nd time ordering from this particular seller) so I told him if he's unable to ship to my country I want my money backSo I reopened the transaction so I could get a refundHe then proceeded to close out my transaction again providing a tracking number used for my previous order with him without sending the product I actually paid for

Bought32$ worth & got nothingof the people don't respond to my messages & other claim they shipped it & item said 1-days shipping and nothingPurchased it on

Never got what I ordeed tracking invalid I emailed them to get the last of the card I used so I can dispute They wont assist I have several accounts and made this purchase almost weeks ago So it's very difficult for me to find

I have been buying from iOffer since 2006.And it has always had its share of problems, mainly with Corrupt-SellersThey lie & say they sent thjings when they didfn'tAnd I had to learn the hard way(That the Sellers are able to click a button thjat states the you already received the Goods, when it is very well a lieBut I can't understand for the life of meHow iOffer could even allow them to do thatRather than letting actual Postal Service confirm if something was delivered or notYet, even if they say it had been received by the Buyer, they still need to keep an open mindFor when a package go's to the wrong address in the same building as the BuyerOr Sellers can just get away with the Buyer's money indefinitely

I purchased from this website my order was marked as shipped in just two days but the tracking number was not valid and the seller never replied to my msgs the website quickly washed their hands off saying they are just a public place to sell so they can't help me with anythingWell EBay is a public place to sell as well but they guarantee the money back in such a casesI would recommend for Ioffer to withhold the money from seller until the order is delivered to give some securitySo for now I wount shop here anymore and definitely will tell all my friends not to

I made an offer to buy merchandise from ChinaI have tried over times to pay for my purchase on the ioffe*** siteI have had no success!! I contacted my bank to make sure that was not a problem with my accountAs I thought, there was no problem with my account by ioffe***!!! I tried calling the company to no avail, basically they ask you to leave a message and they wont return your callThis transaction has caused me to get a Non PAYING CUSTOMER review from the seller, which is not my fault, if the site is not working properly IOFFE*** NEED TO FIX THEIR SITE!!!!!!!!! You shouldn't be in business if you wont manage and service your site!!!

On July
13, 2015, Mr*** submitted a Helpdesk ticket via iOffer's online portal (Ticket# XXXXXXX) and was instructed that he was attempting to make a guest purchase with an email that was already registered to a non-guest accountUsers cannot reuse the same email twice, therefore Mr*** was unable to complete his order
Mr***'s account is active and should be logged into PRIOR to placing an orderIf he does not log into his iOffer account PRIOR to placing an order, he will be prompted to make a guest purchase instead, which requires a different email from the one already registered to his first account
If he hasn't done so already, we advise Mr*** to please refer to the following:
Step - Log into your account (username: stampedevolunteer; email: ***@aol.com) If Mr*** no longer has access to his account, he can reset his password
Step - Make a purchase using his iOffer account
If Mr*** does not wish to log into his iOffer account, he can make a guest purchase using an alternate email (not ***@aol.com)
We are very sorry for the inconvenience that this may have caused Mr*** and hope the above provides you with sufficient information to respond to his complaint

This did not respond to my complaint that they did not immediately explain all this the first time I complained to themInstead I got the run around which caused me a delay in purchasing a rare item at a very good priceIt took two more complaints to them to get the full explanation and by that time I had purchased another item on ebay at a much higher priceThey keep acting like I am at fault and I do not like itThey need to take blame for not being more responsive

It did cause me inconvenienceThey are still not accepting blame for what happenedWhat I was told the first and second time did not solve the problem and just added to the problemI want a full apology for their failure to take my complaint seriously until the third time instead of this guarded language they have been usingThey did not read my email complaints to them and just brushed me off with canned replies the first two times

Ioffer.com supports scam artists! I ordered a pair of knock off Nike Roshe Run's for $from the seller '***' on February 12thThe merchant seller had a 98% satisfaction rate with over customersAs soon as my payment went through this merchants account practically vanishedIt became a brand new account with feedback and active listings.The merchant stopped responding to me as soon as my payment went throughIt seems very like that Ioffer is working with these scammers offering trustworthy accounts to the scam artists for some kind of compensation

*** This seller has delayed shipping several timesThe item was shipped a month after paymentA buyer is suppose to be able to track shipping by a pand to companies come up so a buyer can see the tracking information herselfThis does not happen with this sellerHe wrote his own after contacting him several timesI have not received the item and do not believe I ever will

I ordered a Red large ** Handbag from this companyI haven't received this itemTracking states that is was delivered, I NEVER RECEIVED IT!!! When I go to track this package, it shows that the tracking number I was given isn't registered to any carrier!! They took the money out of my bank account! I have left at least phone call messages, and over a dozed email messages! I'm very upset!! I want my purse!! I went and read their comments section on a different website, and it's nothing but the same complaints! They are selling knock off ** * *** handbags! I want either my money refunded or the purse sent to me!!!!
