First, please note that iOffer.com is an online marketplace like eBay, Craigslist and other websites that host third party classified advertisementsAs a result, iOffer does not participate in any transactions, process payments, provide shipping or confirm the authenticity of merchandise listed on the siteThis is clearly set forth in iOffer's user agreement, located at http://www.ioffer.com/info/user_agreementParagraph of the iOffer User Agreement states:
iOffer is only a Venue: Our Site acts as an open marketplace for users to buy, sell and negotiate the purchase and sale of goods with other usersiOffer only provides a service and is not involved in any transaction between buyers and sellers who use our SiteThere are risks that You assume when dealing with foreign nationals, underage persons or people otherwise acting under pretensesYou agree that all of these risks are borne by You, and not iOfferiOffer does not control the behavior of users on the Site or the information provided by other users that is made available through our SiteAs a result, iOffer does not guarantee or endorse the authenticity, quality, safety, or legality of any items offered or sold, the truth or accuracy of any listings, or the ability of sellers to sell items or of buyers to buy itemsWe cannot assure that all transactions will be completedAdditionally iOffer does not guarantee the ability or intent of users to fulfill their obligations in any transactions

October I purchased my sons one and only requested birthday gift ( New *** *** Camouflage *** Head Hoodie Coat Sweater) from IOFFER seller *** *** We still have not received the hoodie and the seller keep telling me it's coming and extending the receipt dateThe seller say he will refund me at a certain time but them extend time and refuse to refundIOFFER does not have a customer service that will help you get your refundDon't believe the response they post about helping youYou will never recive your product or refundYOU ARE ROBBED OF YOUR MONEY!

This place has a ton of Fake, Fraudulent sellers on IOFFERThey offer no help or resolution for any issues, saying they r only a platform! Platform for thieves!They take ur money and never receive the goodsOr if u happen to get something after 2-mths of waiting its fake and horrible quality!!! Definitely Buyer Beware!! Save ur money!!:-( :-(

A few months ago I ordered different purses from offer and never received them, I've ordered items from them and received them, but these two never sent my order and I was not refunded my moneyI tried to make a complaint with Ioffer but was unsuccessfulAfter not receiving my items I made numerous attempts to try to get the dealer to substitute what he was suppose to send with something else and that fail, I have all of the evidence that I tried and it was not sent through our conversation on IofferI will like to be refunded my money or to have the item that I ordered delivered to me

I ordered two dog collars.leashes from offer on October 13, from a seller named ***The products were said to be delivered in the range November - November 22, I have been contacting the seller for over a month now trying to get a refund as he claims the package is on its way yet when I click on the tracking information it shows that the tracking history stopped in October and never went any further than thatI do believe I am being scammed and I would like a refund for my two purchases of $

There is no adequate customer service department to address your concernsI do believe in this day and age of technological advancements there is no sense of reason to not have an effective system in place to safeguard against consumer fraud and abuse Persons should be able to file a grievance and have the website, for which they are patrons held accountable for consumer abuseI understand the merchants are private but there should be some system in place to prevent and assit customers who have a legitimate and concerted effort to safeguard them from potential fraud and customer dissatisfactionPlease do not use this merchants platformSaving money is not a legitimate conservative effort to save money on knock off branded merchandise Maintaining ones dignity as a consumer is far more valid

I love ioffer, I've only had some problems, but they have been solved the merchandise a lot comes to me on time and the quality is very good, I do not have any problem with any of the sellers

This site should be shut down it is a rip off my order from January has not been delivered its now February been waiting over a month and sill no DVD

I bought multiple items on iofferOn 3-occasions I used "buy and pay now" then got a message from the seller that they did not have the itemIoffer does not punish these sellersI never got refundsThe sellers should be bannedOn other items I bought it was a bait ans switchI paid for a pink handbag but got a red oneI paid for a bag that said "real leather" in the title and got a cheap nonleather bagI messaged the seller and he admitted it was not leather but wouldnt say why he advertised it as leatherThese sellers should be banned from iofferBut ioffer does notherEbay would look into these sellers!

Order the product from iOffer on 11// and was told it would be delivered between 11/15/and 11/:20/ and I still haven't received my package I reached out to I offer and the seller and not getting any response

I ordered with a wal-mart money card, they said it was declined I tried it again still say it didnt work, so I checked my card it said it was declined but it still took my money both timesno one will respond to my messages or online chat, im very upset

Ioffer.com is a complete rip offI have not received the last items ordered and I ordered more items from different sellers on January and one seller sent me the correct tracking number and the other one sent me a fraud tracking ID numberI have tried contacting this site for months concerning packages ordered in April that have never came, in fact the seller closed his store all together!
