I’m very pissed this is so fake I got cops looking to shut this company down y’all took my money but can’t communicate with me bout my order I order back in December it’s janwitch is days still nothing I’m going get my money back u dogs I will keep reporting to make sure it don’t do to no one else

I have repeatedly been taken advantage of with IofferI am owed over items that I purchased over months ago from their websiteIoffer is not taking responsibility on trying to help me recover the items OR recover my loss moneyThey are not monitoring there sellers and making sure their sellers are honest I WOULD LIKE A REFUND FOR MY LOST FEES AND TIME I HAVE SPEND DEALING WITH THEIR FAULTS

I am absolutely appalled at the service, or lack there of, when it comes to this seller, ***!! I ordered a bag and the funds were automatically deducted from my account One might think, GREAT, it's on its way! But NO! I received three messages from this seller saying that I still needed to pay for the bag even though my bank had already paid them I then cancel my order, since this is obviously very shady!! Now I am getting a message saying that the seller refuses to issue me a refund and they have not sent me the bag No wonder there are so many complaints on Revdex.com's website as well as onlineI will never do business with this site again! Like they say, when a person has a bad experience with a business, they tell people, who tell people, so on and so on Believe me, I will be telling more then people This borders on being criminal because basically this seller has stolen from me! I wonder how many others they have stolen from!

This business allows consumers to be scammed and provides no type of protectionTheir customer service department doesn't add any support

I placed and order in April payment was processed immediatelyI sent several messages to the seller about when to expect shipmentIt is now mid August and I still haven't received my itemThere is no support or recourse through iofferSuch a scam!

I understand the explanation that ioffer has given, and I realize I made a mistake trusting this sitePlease make others aware that this is a site that is extremely easy for fraudulent sellers to use, and do not trust them with personal informationThree weeks after my "order" was placed and canceled, my bank alerted me to fraudulent activity on my credit card, and my account had to be blockedI am convinced these things are relatedBUYER BEWARE!

I appreciate that this company noticed a problem with a seller on its site, and suspended further buisiness with them at this time

I have not received several items I purchased from ioffer from a few different vendorThe purchases were made late November 2016, and December 1st These items were to be Christmas gifts yet they never arrivedI have ordered items from iOffer in the past some being pretty close to description, others way off but they arrived, usual with daysI have reached out the sellers to request a refund or replacement order and only keep getting a fake tracking number that does not have any updated information or doesn't exist

I have been shopping online with ioffer for over yrs now and I am very Disappointed with the service lately I tried to order multiple things in the last past week and the are declining my visa there is more than enough money to cover the items and the applicable fees I called the bank and they stated it's the website I contacted them and they sent me a copy paste response that I had already read from the help tab no suggestions and they didn't contribute to resolving the issue I had to cancel my transactions for the things I really wanted and I love this site so now I don't know if I can use it again

both sellers took my money and sent nothing Total Scam Site and the Revdex.com does what? but definately look forward to not recieving anything!!!!

DON’T DO IT! Fraud website, will take your money and you’ll never get your productTo top it off they have no customer service, just a FAQ sections so your out of luckYou’ll have to call your bank to get your money back

They informed me that they had shoe and size in stock before I made purchaseAfter I made purchase they said the item was not in stockI ask for a full refund that I have not receivedI have emails to confirm conversation with them

This company gets away with theft and fraud by saying they are just a platform linking sellers with buyers and doesn't want to take responsiblity for their sellers STEALING peoples moneyI contacted Ioffer after getting scammed only to be told they won't do anythingThey knowingly sell counterfeit products but yet don't want to help a customer who's been scammed by one of their sellersIf they are interested in making their customers happy, refund my money
