After my money was taken from my bank, I am now being blocked by iofferI cannot get into the accout to view buyer dashboard or I cannot log in at all, even though my email is the same as used to make the purchaseI have made several attempts to recover password /email combo in which I know what it is, I never change it, I use the same password/email combo oftenI have contacted ioffer by email several times with no assistance from them, they wont return my emails at allThey should be held accountable for the actions on their siteI have never this problem with AMAZON, nor EBAY, at least they have customer support

My son ordered a sweatshirt Jan 31, He didn't read any reviews of iOffer before using the serviceIt's May 19th and the shirt still hasn't arrived from ***They do not respond to emails and iOffer "offers" no recourseiOffer takes their cut of the transaction which is fraudulent in my opinion

I ordered and paid for an item on Sept 1stThe Seller ***) told me 7-days to receiveA few weeks later, I tried to track the item and realized that the tracking # was no good, I sent the Seller a messageSeller said not to worry, item is on its way and would be here any day nowHere we are, October22, still no item, still has the same tracking #I contacted ioffer a few ago and they didn't even get involvedThey told me to just contact my bankI wasn't looking for a refundI just want the item that I paid forThe ioffer site ask if item has been received and wants me to rate the SellerBut when I click on the link, it goes to just a blank screen

I made a purchase March with an expected delivery date of May 3, When contacting the vendor I was told the items had shipped, but after requesting a refund they told me the item was on backorder and they would issue a refund if I said the issue was resolvedThis was not what occurredthe company is a ripoff and needs to be shut down

I've ordered two times and never received my packageSeller have took my money then cancelledI want my money back because I've never received the products

I have spent hundreds of dollars recently using this website and have not gotten any assistance from IOffer regarding holding these merchants accountable! I understand you try to put in the clause that states buyer discretion however the sellers are required to provide adequate information in order to get an account and be able to get my fundsI have one merchant that wont respond, another who still owes money back or merchandise and another who never responded! I have filed a dispute, I have tried every avenue provided by IOffer to get nowhere with no assistance

I ordered different items from different vendors on this website months ago and I have yet to receive anything! when I reported a problem on the site for the first order, the vendor asked me to cancel my report so he could resolve it, and I stupidly did! This was my first time using iOffer and I don't frequently make online purchases, but when I do it's usually directly from the company or with ***This time, I was looking for a rather specific item that I couldn't find on ***, *** *** or any other site I checked iOffer was the only place that had exactly what I was looking for, and they sent me e-mails the entire time keeping me up to date with the deliveryI received my complete order in less than two weeks and it works well However, the packaging was somewhat odd - it was adequate to keep the product well protected, but it was super cheap - rubber bands, tissue paper, and labels with a permanent marker sort of cheap Yes, that maybe what helped to keep the cost down, but it made me question whether or not I had just purchased pirated material - I certainly hope notI've heard it's important to validate that your seller's legit to avoid getting ripped off I'm giving my iOffer experience a positive remark because I did receive what I paid for, it works well, and they faithfully sent short but accurate e-mails detailing the duration of the shipping process This is a site I would use in 'last resort' situationsI would recommend iOffer if you've exhausted all other resources and ONLY for your own personal use - NOT if you're buying a gift for a friend
