On February 27, I paid *** and ordered (1) men' *** Running Shoes Ventilation Women Sneakers BLACK / RED USAMy order was confirmed that same day and the funds was removed from my credit cardOn March 19, I received a Delivery Status from the seller saying it was shippedThe Seller Mark Shipped March 19, Estimated Delivery March 26, - April 2, with this tracking number ***On March 2, I requested the tracking number because the one I was given never workedThat request didn't get a responseOn March 10, I sent another massage asking "When are you going to ship my order?" Again it went unanswered tat time and March 12, On March 18, I sent several more messages saying" I have been contacting you since 3/10/with no response at all from youThey sent me a response saying " Hi,The post office lost package, we can send a new package or refund to you.OK? I told to to just give me a refundOn March 19, they

I got the watch today and is great item i'm very happy with the item, thanks a lot

I placed two orders this year on may 5th and still have not received either order and no reply from seller

ioffer is a scam do not use this SITE they do not refund your money

I ordered an item two days ago, I was sent an invoice which I paidNow when I try to log into my account I can notNo email to contact and they have already taken $out of my account

IOFFER has absolutely ZERO oversightIf there is ever an issue - you are ON YOUR OWN By a level, could be considered commercial fraud for sure I ordered an item, paid, and it never came The seller doesn't respond and there is no contact with Ioffer customer service I'm trying to get a refund for MY money and every-thing about this is so freakin difficult I've warned dozens of people already to not use this site!

We're sorry Ms*** is having issues with a transactionUnfortunately, iOffer cannot refund or exchange products, as we are not part of the sales or shipping process
On January 4, Ms*** submitted a Helpdesk ticket via iOffer's online portal (Ticket# ***) and was instructed to immediately request a refund or exchange directly from the independent seller and her payment processor
If she hasn't done so already, we advise Ms*** to please refer to the following:

Step - Contact the seller directly (***) the seller directly to attempt to resolve problems with your order, including shipping, refunds, exchanges or any other issues
Step - File a dispute with your payment processor to request a refundThis should be done concurrently with Step (above)You can always cancel the dispute with your payment provider should the seller provide a timely resolution to your problem

I ordered a pair of shoes and the seller guaranteed 3day shipping made the payment payment through PayPal which he suggested and never received the item made the payment march 3rd it's march 20th and PayPal is telling me as long as he give them a tracking number which is fake I have to wait for my money back he keeps giving them fake tracking number and emailing me asking me to cancel my claim and he will send the shoes but at this point all I want is my money back

If I could give a zero I would.....Worst Company I'VE EVER DEALT WITH! I would never recommend Ioffer to anyone after this has taken placethey lie to you telling that they have shipped the product when they really haven't done a thing...THEY PRODUCED A FAKE TRACKING NUMBER and then come back and say that they were lost in the mail when the tracking number never did track anythingThe seller finally responds to me after days after I had purchased the shoesWe will see if I get my money back or not, the seller said that I would see a refund in around days!!!

I ordered a product on April 13, for from a seller *** listed on the ioffer.com website-I got a tracking number that seemed to work until no further updates were posted after 4/30/In looking up the tracking of the actual carrier service shown on the tracking they provided, (17track) it stated that it was coming through, DHL ecommerce Asia, I went to that website and it stated that there was no tracking number in their systemI waited for some time for any delays in international shipping until over the delivery due dateI again tried to contact the shipping carrier to locate my orderAgain it stated there was no package with that tracking in their systemI tried to contact the seller several times to ask for the correct shipping carrier to locate my packageThey sent me the same info I get when clicking on the tracker they providedI tried again to ask the seller which shipping carrier they used; they told me to check with my local postal servic

There is too many third party sellers and all kinds of sellers that claim to be in USA but are actually out of China and ioffer never holds the sellers accountable to actually mail out the items you pay for, nor assists you in obtaining a refund for items you paid but seller never mailed outThere is ZERO accountability from ioffer towards the sellers they allow to sell on their ioffer website even when they charge you but never mail out your itemsThis is in regards to seller ***" but I feel that ioffer should at least assist the buyers in obtaining a resolution of either a refund for items paid for but never received or penalize the seller from being able to sell on ioffer website until they prove that they have mailed out the products buyers paid for or resolved the issueIoffer needs to hold the seller accountable in situations such as theseThank you

I only ordered from ioffer once and did receive productThe DVD itself was fine,new not scratchedThe quality of content on DVD was very poorSome sound problems alsoIt looked like seller copied from You TubeThe DVD I ordered was for a rare Life with ***I did not know this was an individual seller and thought they finally released itI 'm not even sure if it was legal for them to sell this as it has not been released yet

If I could give no stars I wouldThey scam peoplePaid through paypal, transaction completed (can not stop payment), back on site order shows not complete, can not contact by phone (even Revdex.com listed phone), email given, listed helps online, sent message and was closed before it was opened as if taken care of
