I ordered Dec 6, and still not receive the item I purchased
Its been months and days now

Ordered sneakers from ioffer never received Item it’s been months I contacted seller several times I put a dispute in with ioffer and the result states solved which is not true..I understand ioffer is just a platform for private sellers but they should have some liability they just let these companies take our money it’s fraud

I ordered a pair of boots never received them the seller cancel the order but took my money

I paid for my tapes and I would like to haveGet them

I-offer has a very poor no customer service, they do not vet their sellers properly I have just lost $ via one of their sellers and I have not received any help in getting my money back

Such a poor platform fake sellers are overloaded hereAliexpress is far better If sellers are fake then ioffer should take initiative to make buyers happy

First, please note that iOffer.com is an online marketplace like eBay, Craigslist and other websites that host third party classified advertisements. As a result, iOffer does not participate in any transactions, process payments, provide shipping or confirm the authenticity of merchandise listed on the site. This is clearly set forth in iOffer's user agreement, located at http://www.ioffer.com/info/user_agreement. Paragraph 5 of the iOffer User Agreement states:
iOffer is only a Venue: Our Site acts as an open marketplace for users to buy, sell and negotiate the purchase and sale of goods with other users. iOffer only provides a service and is not involved in any transaction between buyers and sellers who use our Site. There are risks that You assume when dealing with foreign nationals, underage persons or people otherwise acting under false pretenses. You agree that all of these risks are borne by You, and not iOffer. iOffer does not control the behavior of users on the Site or the information provided by other users that is made available through our Site. I am willing to accept the business' proposal of a refund of $19 even though I paid over $21 for the item which was never sent to me.
However, they keep sending me a message saying they refunded $19 but I do not see it posted in my account. When I ask where they refunded the money, they merely repeat that they set up a refund.
I have an account for which I had to repace a card and I wonder if the old account number is where they are sending my refund. I could rectify this if they would respond.
