I do not rate this site that is ioffer had three items off three different sellers and they were all different to what I ordered one so low in quality I won't be using it at all , ioffer should make it more cleare that they will not intervene in any disputes

I received a message saying that my order was delivered on November 6,and it was shipped on October 27, I placed the order on November 24, and I have not received anythingI tried calling and I got no one a voice message comes on telling you to leave a message

I feel that this business does not do a thorough investigation of its sellers, and when problems arise (such as paying for an item, and never receiving it) buyers are left to dispute the charge with their credit card company, and contact the sellerI have had several issues where card was charged, but items not receivedI won’t be doing business with this company again

This seller *** order*** this seller gave me tracking information that no shipping company have,I contact seller about tracking information seller inform me I have wait another 35-days for a order that the seller said be her in 15-25days I have called over 20shipping company and no shipment information,seller stopped COMMUNICATION with meI paid for products on good faith to receive the order and now I did what I was supposed to do so I deserve my money back cause this is not my fault as a buyer but fault of seller, I have filed a complaint against all sellers with *** *** and Revdex.com and with my credit card company, this is not right No on the 2nd order the tracking information that the seller gave me dhl do not have any information with that number I called several shipping company and none company have any information at all, I contact seller about it and if you look at the messages I don't get answers I get I check and let you knowI works

Ioffer has zero customer serviceThere is no way to get any kind of feedback regarding questions or issues that come upThe website only has whatever it lists as frequently asked questions, and beyond that, there is nothingAs a member, they used to have a rating system, and I had a rating based on sales and purchasesA couple of years ago, the ratings disappeared, and there is no explanationIoffer is very disorganized, and sometimes it seems like it has been completely abandonedThere is no way to tell if it is still active or not

Never received itemAlso, in attempt to 'track' the item, the ioffer website will not actually allow me to register to check my orderIt just continues to cycle me through additional password re-setsAdditionally there is no way to actually contact them without 'logging in'

Don’t order from this site they will keep your money and not send your items

I placed and order on 10/29/I layer with my credit card, I received a conformation that my Payment was received, and that my order was sent out the same dayI was also given a tracker nu Ber, I've contacted the postal service to be informed that a package was never sent, I tried contracting I offer over ten times they have yet to responded, I would like to have my $back the tracking number is *** this is the that was given to me

I purchased a product online in july for about *** ***, the seller shipped the item it arrived at the post office a month laterThis is not my first purchase from a *** seller, I felt confident that it would work again as I feel safe on sites like ***I arrived at the post office to recieve a custom declaration bill of *** ***I kindly asked the post office to return it to the sellerSince then the package has arrived at the facility according to tracking but the seller is non responsive to my urgency for a refund

Very bad!!! Don’t buy!!! My items never received,and never received money back !!!

I have been asking the seller to either send me the items I purchased or refund me my money and that's when the seller started ignoring my messages and emailsI feel as though iOffer shouldn't let this seller or any other sellers sell items on their website once they start getting complaints, I know I'm not the first nor will I be the last person that complains about this sellerI know now that I will take my business elsewhere when it comes to buying online
