I ordered an item from the websiteI received a tracking number and would check daily on the status since it was coming from ChinaI would receive emails from the seller asking if I received the item to which I would reply noThe trail of the tracking for over a month shows that my item never left China, the seller stopped responding to my emails and I can't get a response from the companySo basically this was a scam and they took my money

I was charged [redacted] on my card and then I get an email this morning saying I have an invoice to buy the bootsI got an email saying my order was sucsessful So I am being charged for something that I have tried to cancel and get a refund fromI am upset about thisThe seller is [redacted] Who ever that is will not give me not give me my money back

I was just wondering why I can't track my item, the number gave to me says its not in the system

my experience has been very favorable, every item I purchased it has arrived with a small delay but great communication and report on expected date of arrival
