I ordered a Red large [redacted] Handbag from this companyI haven't received this itemTracking states that is was delivered, I NEVER RECEIVED IT!!! When I go to track this package, it shows that the tracking number I was given isn't registered to any carrier!! They took the money out of my bank account! I have left at least phone call messages, and over a dozed email messages! I'm very upset!! I want my purse!! I went and read their comments section on a different website, and it's nothing but the same complaints! They are selling knock off [redacted] handbags! I want either my money refunded or the purse sent to me!!!!

I have ordered some stuff, and receivedBut there are several items that I have not received and I am out my money and sellers don't seem to be helping me! I ordered items from this siteWhen it was the expected time to arrive none of the items arrived..When contacted sellers there response was it was on the way ,and they would send me tracking informationNEVER received any response againWhen I reported the problems and gave bad feedback,they responded they would refund me to check my accountI have checked my account everyday since the incidents and contacted the bank and I haven't received no REFUND..The sellers also mentioned to please when I receive refund to please change my feedback on site I agreed when I receive my refund...STILL NO RESPONSE..These SELLERS make the other sellers not trustworthy...I had a couple of sellers that where very accurate and good customer service

This company has a different advertising seller that you contact and order items from thenas required you provided your information and pay for the itemsI did not receive the items in one of the transactionI proceed with the complain process with this company and they never give me any solutionIn another purchase, I received the item but was not satisfied with the productI contacted the seller and return the itemI did pay the return delivery feedafter that, the seller supposedly returns my money but that never happensI contact the I Offer company and nothing has been resolved

I have been buying from iOffer since 2006.And it has always had its share of problems, mainly with Corrupt-SellersThey lie & say they sent thjings when they didfn'tAnd I had to learn the hard way(That the Sellers are able to click a button thjat states the you already received the Goods, when it is very well a lieBut I can't understand for the life of meHow iOffer could even allow them to do thatRather than letting actual Postal Service confirm if something was delivered or notYet, even if they say it had been received by the Buyer, they still need to keep an open mindFor when a package go's to the wrong address in the same building as the BuyerOr Sellers can just get away with the Buyer's money indefinitely
