If I could give no stars I wouldThey scam peoplePaid through paypal, transaction completed (can not stop payment), back on site order shows not complete, can not contact by phone (even Revdex.com listed phone), email given, listed helps online, sent message and was closed before it was opened as if taken care of

Worst buying experiences I've EVER had, had been taken by so many fraudulent sellersI figured I'd try it one last time by only purchasing from the "seller ratings" filter, even looking at every review before making a purchaseI was WRONG again to trust these people, out of fifteen new orders I've received two, both broken and NOT what I ordered! All the orders are very late and the seller a blame shipping companies and the items haven't even left chins after a MONTH of orderingOnce again I have to go through the hasle of disputing charges with my bank, I'm so pissed off with these thieves ripping Americans off that I've turned to social media to warn people not to ever deal with IOFFER, the word is getting outI have over 15,views on my assessment of the people selling and their fraudulent practicesThese people have stolen my money for the last time, I'm also opening a new website dedicated to warning people about the risk involved in dealing with sites like IOFFER because they go unchecked ripping people off and they are never held accountableI've and looked at the seller a that have late deliveries only to find that they are no longer active, they just steal money, shut down shop (probably after getting hundreds of bad reviews) and open a new shop under another nameI think this happens quite a bit, I'm pretty sure companies like IOFFER only care about the money they make and not about the fraud being committed thousands of times on their so called "platform" why do you think yiu can only contact them by regular mail, there's no way they could field the thousands of calls from pissed off customers! Order the product from iOffer on 11// and was told it would be delivered between 11/15/and 11/:20/ and I still haven't received my package I reached out to I offer and the seller and not getting any response

I have purchased from this website and have been scammed two timesThe website does not take responsibility nor takes action to stop scammers, but also is a platform for the scammers and bullies to steal innocent shopper's moneyThe seller can create an account with "years of history" and many positive feedback but they can delete their account a few days after they receive the moneyThey will also do nothing to improve the shopping experienceThe website distorts the internal communicationThe website just apologizes publicly and asks to contact help desk where nothing happensThey basically repeat a pre-written paragraph in a personal communication and expect you to stop complaining

Ordered sneakers from ioffer never received Item it’s been months I contacted seller several times I put a dispute in with ioffer and the result states solved which is not true..I understand ioffer is just a platform for private sellers but they should have some liability they just let these companies take our money it’s fraud

I would not recommend ordering anything from this company period In fact I’d like to warn others about this company I ordered a bunch of things from ioffer for Christmas and haven’t received any of my itemsI’ve sent messages to the company like crazy and the responses I’d always get was, “you’ll receive your items soon friend” So frustrating
