Horrible! When I first discovered this site, I ordered something reasonably low and I got the item but after that it was hard trying to find a good sellerThis site supports bogus sellers who take your money, give you a bogus tracking number and don’t communicate! The help page is also bogus and the email they provide on Revdex.com is bogus too!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!! I ordered a jackal Fully Automatic Blank Firing Gun Nickel Finish, Order Number: [redacted] with the same website on dated July 5, 2016, for RS:15,988.80(USD approx) , transaction no: paypal receipt no [redacted] , the product never arrived as promised Estimated Delivery was between (July 27, - August 17, 2016), the website gave an tracking no[redacted] (usps) in the website [redacted] it says that the product is still in transitwhereas when checked with the parent website of the courier service it says that the product has been sent back to the origin dated back on August 1, , 11:am, its been a nightmare since then I haven't received any update regarding the samei launched a complain in the website and till date the status of the complain was disputed on August 18, Its been so much trouble that it cant be explained we can just hope a help as our money is gone as well as we have never received the product

Seller [redacted] order# [redacted] this seller I purchased backpack and the seller changed it to little purse,seller said the order was shipped but couldn't provide me with tracking information so I asked for a refund seller agreed but no refund and this seller has.changed the name so I can't contact sellerI have messages over and over no response no COMMUNICATION with meI paid for products on good faith to receive the order and now I did what I was supposed to do so I deserve my money back cause this is not my fault as a buyer but fault of seller, I have filed a complaint against seller and Revdex.com and with my credit card company, this is not right

I feel that this business does not do a thorough investigation of its sellers, and when problems arise (such as paying for an item, and never receiving it) buyers are left to dispute the charge with their credit card company, and contact the seller. I have had several issues where card was charged, but items not received. I won’t be doing business with this company again.

I love ioffer, I've only had some problems, but they have been solved the merchandise a lot comes to me on time and the quality is very good, I do not have any problem with any of the sellers

I purchased 2 items from their site on March 18th. I have yet to receive either of therm. They were from 2 different sellers, so I find it very odd that neither one arrived. When you attempt to contact sellers, they do not respond and iOffer is absolutely no help. They purposely have no email contact and state that they are just a "platform" and take no responsibility for refunds - you must contact seller?? Seller will no longer respond, so you have no way of getting your money back. I may as well just have thrown my money away as I have no chance of seeing it again and I will not receive my items. Avoid this site - it is a scam.

I was given a fake tracking # by vendor [redacted] I was sent a message to complete my purchase with a credit card and that they were going to send item(s) ASAP so I didI never received a tracking # so I message them to inquiring about the tracking, I was given a fraudulent tracking # which does not work and all communication was dropped I’ve sent over messages explaining this and still no response and their last review which was posted after I made my purchase stated that a buyer made a purchase moago and never received a parcel from [redacted] and all communication was also droppedSounds familiar? Please get to the bottom of thisIoffer is providing a platform for an outright thiefFrom my understanding this is what this vendor doesThey are picking and choosing who they actually want to send products toThis could be because of low inventory and instead of using features like sold out/ restocking signs this company reduces and allows vendor to continue to take money
