I ordered a product from this company and have never received itI have tried with several emails and calls to get a t settled and with no apologies or emails for my questionsThey took my money but did not deliver the product

I placed orders with I offer and only received and with in days the one I received was brokenafter several messages I was told to remove the bad feedback and I would get a refund well I have done that and never got my refund so negative feedback was placed back on both vendors and I am out all my money and nothing to show for it! I am furious and wish I had resources to fight to get my money back

This is a BUYER BEWARE IOFFER IS HUNDREDS OF COMPANIES BASED IN CHINA NOT USA! I have placed a few orders with Ioffer, some parcels never arrived and ioffer wipes there hands clean of these issues stating you can only get a refund from seller or dispute with you merchant they don't assist in Nothing at All ( then you dealing with your bank), and these Sellers provided a fake tracking number and do not sell what is advertisedA few other orders that did arrive were not as the seller described BEWARE, they shipped totally different, very different item not what I ordered (junk)THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HELP ON EMAIL OR via PHONE NUMBER AND I HAVE SENT MANY EMAILS WITH NO RESOLUTION AT ALL !THE ONLY THING I GET IS THE SAME RESPONSE FROM AUTOMATED SYSTEM via email and no returned calls Revdex.com how ARE THEY IOFFER resolving any issues? The ioffer site is full of scam artist, and none are based in California NONE there is no customer service help there! Also ioffer sellers give you a NPB rating if you don't pay via Western union having your credit card stating system error just so they can get money wired, As they did with my account gave me a negative NPB when I have funds on my credit card.but insisted on western union !!Buyers you deffinantly won't get any money back paying by Western Union this way if you don't get you merchandise ! And ioffer proudly displays Revdex.com when they have had several thousand complaints as I see now ! This is a disgrace of customer service and of a company I have a lot of evidence to prove my review ! as I just screen shotted the same auto response !!!

I'm a active Buyer for years, and the service is great! Check the reviews and how many years your in seller's profile before buying, DHL or EMS is reliable (sometimes extra but worth it)and if you use PayPal is better
