I have 3orders in and one of the sellers is not sending me information on my order I message the seller every day I paid for items on February with this seller my order number for this seller # [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I saw that a refund was requested of the seller I only want the other watch sent I paid for in one transactionI have not heard from the seller, and do not intend to contact my bank on such a small refund Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Here is the problem, and iOffer knows of this problem and does nothing at all to prevent it, as they dis engage from all sellers and take no responsibility for the lack of integrity of there sellersI have placed two orders three weeks ago and was given fake tracking numbers by sellers on iOffer, [redacted] is one seller who I've ordered from and [redacted] The numbers in parenthesis represent the number of sales these seller's have made through iOffer, with multiple complaints against these sellersHere is the scamI was able to pay with my credit card for these two ordersiOffer will simply respond to this complaint and tell the consumer to charge back to the credit card for non-receipt of an item; but will do nothing to the seller in terms of consequences for providing fake track numbers or not mailing itemsWhy? Because iOffer makes money on each transaction, whether the consumer receives the goods or not, and in addition the seller will never have to refund the

I have not received several items I purchased from ioffer from a few different vendorThe purchases were made late November 2016, and December 1st These items were to be Christmas gifts yet they never arrivedI have ordered items from iOffer in the past some being pretty close to description, others way off but they arrived, usual with daysI have reached out the sellers to request a refund or replacement order and only keep getting a fake tracking number that does not have any updated information or doesn't exist

After my money was taken from my bank, I am now being blocked by iofferI cannot get into the accout to view buyer dashboard or I cannot log in at all, even though my email is the same as used to make the purchaseI have made several attempts to recover password /email combo in which I know what it is, I never change it, I use the same password/email combo oftenI have contacted ioffer by email several times with no assistance from them, they wont return my emails at allThey should be held accountable for the actions on their siteI have never this problem with AMAZON, nor EBAY, at least they have customer support

I purchased from a seller on this siteI bought a pair of knock off [redacted] bootsA had messaged the seller and requested to please make sure they shoes weren’t all squished when packagedThat’s when it started I didn’t get a responseOkay that’s fine whatever, so I’m on my bank statement and noticed a random charge for almost [redacted] and another $ [redacted] chargeI called my bank and they said it was a [redacted] apparel store and told me I should block my card because I had explained to them what was going onI messaged the seller in the comments and said I wanted it canceled immediatelyGot no response againnow I’m getting mad, I messaged again and attempted to file a dispute but couldn’t proceed because the seller wouldn’t answerI clicked on the sellers profile and it said they were no longer available along with the item I purchasedSo I went and emailed iofferexplained again and I kept getting the same response to file a dispute even after telling them the seller wouldn’t respo

I purchased several items from various merchants and did not receive the merchandiseOne particular vendor I purchased items and they never shipped the items and they never responded to emailsWhen I checked on April 20, it appears the seller has closed downAs for other transactions, I asked for a quote for three items, one in each color but I only received one productThe seller did not offer to correct the problemIOffer needs to do a better job of screening their sellersI have not had a great experience with the company and will never shop with them again

ioffer has sellers shipping fake packages, I got ripped off for $130.

This business is a scamI have had many Chinese sellers who did not send items I payed forI emailed them and they said they cannot do anything about it because they just provide the website I did call my bank and blocked the transactions and got my money backBut I offer is a huge scam [redacted] and other protect sellers, Ioffer [redacted] *** [redacted] Emailing your customer service? For what, get an email you cannot do anything about ?! Shame on you!!!

I bought a watch and the seller gave me a wrong tracking number and now it appears that the seller is not online and don't have products on his profile he has a name under [redacted]
