I ordered pair of shoes from iOffer and I Have gotten I have requested my money back for several months now and can't get a response from either the merchant or iOffer

I purchased an old album from a seller on ioffer.com for $***The album arrived brokenI have tried to contact the seller about the issue, but so far haven't had a response from themI tried to file a damage issue with the post office, but the seller did NOT buy insurance on the packageiOffer does NOT offer any help with the complaintDo not buy anything from them! No customer service! No help!

They informed me that they had shoe and size in stock before I made purchaseAfter I made purchase they said the item was not in stockI ask for a full refund that I have not receivedI have emails to confirm conversation with them

There is no adequate customer service department to address your concernsI do believe in this day and age of technological advancements there is no sense of reason to not have an effective system in place to safeguard against consumer fraud and abuse Persons should be able to file a grievance and have the website, for which they are patrons held accountable for consumer abuseI understand the merchants are private but there should be some system in place to prevent and assit customers who have a legitimate and concerted effort to safeguard them from potential fraud and customer dissatisfactionPlease do not use this merchants platformSaving money is not a legitimate conservative effort to save money on knock off branded merchandise Maintaining ones dignity as a consumer is far more valid

Ioffer allows people to rip you off! I went on ioffer and a seller contacted meWe emailed for months, finally I decided to purchase what I wantedThe day I sent the payment, was the last time I saw my moneyI offer doesn't do anything about it, all they do is send you robot emailsIt says that you can use the money gram systemI am so disappointed, I do not have a to give a way!

Hello, I’ve put in several complaints and disputes to this company and received responsesOne was a threat and ultimative concerning my complaint, and I did not appreciate that at allI’ve asked them nicely as a customer to resolve my problem by sending me the item I paid for or refund me my money, that’s when I receive the threat because they didn’t like that, I put in a dispute and gave them a bad review because I made a purchase through this company on November 21, and I have not received my itemThe item number is [redacted] So, feel they never had the item, they just displayed advertisement and took my moneyI’ve wrote several times to the company and the seller and now no one is responding at all!
