Unfortunately this only helps me and not any of the other subscribersMy understanding is there were many other subscribers in my area of town that also did not get a complete paper and there are not enough section D's to give to all those affected

To whom it may concern, yes we are honoring the new rate which has been updated to $every weeks good for weeks and will expire in July 2017. The account has been opted out of premium edition charges. That is absolutely not trueMy husband and I have contacted the office many timesMy husband asked to speak to a supervisor and requested an email to confirm his contact to which they never sentThen they said the refund was under review pending the route manager who never contacted usAnd since filing the complaint, we have talked to Angie several times with The Houston Chronicle who has previously responded to this complaintShe agreed with the complaint and was working on getting the refund in process, however, since no resolution had been done yet, I had to respond to last message so the complaint would not be closed by defaultI am not sure as to what measure I can show proof that there were no papers delivered for months and monthsDo I need to supply surveillance camera footage to show proof? Is that how The Houston Chronicle does business and claims a customer is lying??? Because I am not and do not appreciate being accused of it!
