Unfortunately this only helps me and not any of the other subscribersMy understanding is there were many other subscribers in my area of town that also did not get a complete paper and there are not enough section D's to give to all those affected

To whom it may concern, yes we are honoring the new rate which has been updated to $every weeks good for weeks and will expire in July 2017. The account has been opted out of premium edition charges. I appreciate the response from the chronicleI am hopeful that this delivery issue can be correctedSince I have many people from the Chronicle tell me my issue would be corrected and it never has I am hesitate to say this issue is resolved until I have a few weeks to see if it truly is resolvedI hope you understand me on this matter.Hopefully my paper can be delivered timely on the days it is supposed to beThat is all I ask.Thank You

We have made numerous attempts to contact the customer regarding their complaint since it was received and never received any response via phone or emailWe have performed our due diligence in notifying the field of their complaints in addition to the formal complaint filed to you and haven't received any calls or complaints since 5/as noted on their account history

That is absolutely not trueMy husband and I have contacted the office many timesMy husband asked to speak to a supervisor and requested an email to confirm his contact to which they never sentThen they said the refund was under review pending the route manager who never contacted usAnd since filing the complaint, we have talked to Angie several times with The Houston Chronicle who has previously responded to this complaintShe agreed with the complaint and was working on getting the refund in process, however, since no resolution had been done yet, I had to respond to last message so the complaint would not be closed by defaultI am not sure as to what measure I can show proof that there were no papers delivered for months and monthsDo I need to supply surveillance camera footage to show proof? Is that how The Houston Chronicle does business and claims a customer is lying??? Because I am not and do not appreciate being accused of it!
