We also have yet to get confirmation of the opt out of the additional magazines that we are supposedly suppose to get. How to we verify after we have called so many times that the issue has been resolved and we have opted out and will my account ** *** reflect the current information Thank you

Mr***,My apologies for the charges that were processed on your Houston Chronicle account sooner than what it should have been. As you mentioned in your complaint the payments were deducted a lot sooner than what it should have been due to the premium papers, example top restaurants,
