Hello,The customer's order number does indicate that we provided them with a RMA, which is the authorization number that allows them to return it back to usIn this RMA we included a UPS return label because it was a defective item within the day return periodWhen we track
UPS *** tracking, which is the label we provided them, it does not show any movement.We cannot proceed with a repair, or exchange because we did not receive the package

To whom it may concern,As I took a look at the order number we provided the customer the RMA for them to return the productWe do not have any proof that we received the package here at our facilityOur records do not indicate that we received itSince the customer cannot provide evidence
that they sent back the item we cannot process a refund/exchange

Upon looking at this order number I show that the customer was provided a return label with a RMA, (return merchandise authorization)Due to holiday season it is taking us 5-or more business days for the orders to completedHowever, this customer requested an exchange for their order that was sent out two days ago

OMG I hate this company!!!!! Do not buy there products! I bought a MacBook Pro less than a year ago and it's already brokeI seriously never use it ! I took it to a repair shop and it's the logic boardOf coarse I tried to contact jemjem to see if they offer any free repairs and there is NO WAY to contact them!!! They say you can email themDid that and after a week went by with no response from them I tried the live chatYup , still waiting on that I found a phone number only for it to automatically hang up on me Jemjem does not care about customer service and sells worthless products ! How are they still in business ?

To whom it may concern,When this response was sent to us it was the morning of 4/3/@6am.The package was delivered on 4/3/at 11am.Therefore I assume that the customer received their package.Hopefully this is resolved and we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the patience of the customer and Revdex.com

I bought my used iPhone at jemjem for my son and the phone wasn't working after weeks When I contacted jemjem, customer service was prompt to send prepaid label to send the phone back and get me the replacement few days after they got the phone back using priority mail Overall service was pretty good We will use them again for used apple products

Warranty or no warranty. They sold a stolen device. I believe selling stolen goods is a violation of the law and they should be charged for selling stolen goods

*** *** I sent it via ups on sept 23, It was received in your office and signed for on September 29, When does the day rule expire for you I contacted a full week on 10-6-after your company received it via ups to follow up To be told you hadn't received then through today you were still waiting on an update from shippingAfter I gave my tracking info to your coSo please tell me when the 2-day appropriate response time expires I understand your day return policy but the first days were lost after delivery took a week and a half for ups to deliver to my home So Jemjem nothing has been timely to date I am still without a computer and no eta of when a new item will be received at my home

We have received a request for an RMA (Return Authorization Number) from this customer, Ms*** *** (
***) on 1/20/and sent an email with return instructions for the return that same dayCustomer shipped the iPad mini back to us (using the UPS return label we provided) on 1/22/and we received the iPad here on 1/28/at 11:23am PST.
We processed a full refund for Ms*** *** in the amount of $on 1/29/2015.
I have attached a copy of the email we sent the customer with the RMA information, the UPS return label, and also a copy of the refund we processed.

White Factory GSM Unlocked 32GBWe do not provide any original accessories and we notify the customer in regards to it as wellTherefore, we were able to refund him
