Dear Revdex.com.Thank you for contacting Customer [redacted]. We have been working with Ms. [redacted] since 10/10/2014, when she purchased her IdolPad9 tablet from us on the Sears.com website. All of our brand new Idolian...

tablets come with a 1 year manufactures warranty. Because we no longer manufactures these Idolian tablets, we are only able to exchange the tablets for "refurbished" ones.
Ms. [redacted] contact us on 1/2/2015, to exchange her tablet because of charging issues. We received her tablet here on 1/7/2015 and it appeared to charge and function fine however we still processed the exchange for a manufactured Idolian tablet for her. When she received her exchanged tablet, she was under the impression that she was going to get a brand new one, but instead received a refurbished one.
On 1/12/2015, Ms. [redacted] contact us to return that exchanged tablet for a brand new one, so we exchanged the tablet for one that was brand new, however the color and model of the tablet was going to be slightly different but it was a newer model.
Ms. [redacted] contact us again on 1/21/2015 because she was not satisfied with the new model and the different color of the tablet. So we processed the exchange again for a "refurbished" IdolPad9 (which was the tablet she originally ordered.) however when she received it, there were some issues with the charging port and the functionality of the tablet. 
On 1/24/2015, Ms. [redacted] contact us again to process the exchange and she requested that we send her a brand new tablet. We informed her that the only brand new model tablets we have were the Idolian Mini studio tablets and that we would be happy to exchange the item for that tablet. She agreed to take the different model, so we went ahead and shipped that brand new Idolian Mini studio tablet to Ms. [redacted] on 3/4/2015 by UPS. The UPS number that the item was shipped out with was [redacted]. The item was attempted to be delivered on 3/10/2015, however Ms. [redacted] was not at her house. UPS left a notice for pick up instructions. 
I have attached a copy of the RMAs (return merchandise authorization number) that we assigned her.

Terrible. Purchased 2 iphones and a macbook in July. Purchased warranties as well. My husband's iphone did not work out of the box, no one could hear him talk and the mute button was definitely not on. How hard is it to check a few things like this when you "refurbish" a product?! I filed for a return almost immediately.

The macbook: Turned it on, some of the lights behind the keyboard were burned out. THe fan did not work, so it would overheat in a matter of minutes. Went to open Facebook and was automatically logged in to previous owner's account. God knows what I could have done with that if I was an evil person. Also, previous owner's photos and videos were still on the macbook. I took the battery out, only to find it leaking battery "stuff" Filed for a return.

Repeatedly sent emails trying to find out what was going on as I never heard from them. Finally received an email that my iphone warranty had run out and the issue had been "resolved". They ran the clock out on me intentionally! And no mention of the macbook, which had an extended warranty.

SO, 2 1/2 months into this, with them running out the clock on my macbook warranty, I threatened to report them to Revdex.com. That got their attention. I received a return authorization number for both. I shipped it with tracking purchased.

They received the items over a week ago. No refund has been issued to my credit card yet. Jeez.

I'm glad to see you are willing to resolve this, but I believe I'm not making myself clear.1.  An RMA label is fine, but require a SHIPPING label, which has never been included.  I'm not willing to pay for shipping that was JemJems mistake.2.  The error in the change was your error and clearly you are still confused.  [redacted], the person who placed the order clearly wrote, one iPhone and one tablet.  You sent me two tablets and zero iPhones.3.  Placing the new order is something I was always willing to do, but at the original purchase price, not your current advertised price.  That is the "bait and switch" part which is the dishonest and illegal part.Since this seems to be a problem that several other of your customers have experience, I might have to contact them so we can band together to pursue further action.I do not understand the reluctance to just let me buy the item you agreed to sell me and we can both move on.

[redacted] I was told more than once through the business that my Tablet was on it's way but I still have no Tablet. Therefore, I am still not satisfied in the least.

To whom it may concern,As stated before we provide the JemJem box and slip saying it is sold and shipped by JemJem so the customer was aware this was not from Best Buy. This package was delivered in November 2015, the customer did not intend to contact us until February 17, 2016. After 30 days we cannot take the item back because it is out of the return period. We do not show any change of address or anything, Best Buy processes the orders and we receive them.At this time, we cannot refund the customer.

That  is the first and last name, billing address, shipping address, email, phone number. When the order is placed they receive a confirmation email. We have sent out emails ever since we started business. I apologize for the inconvenience with the customer but as the listing states and our website states we do only have a 30 day return period.

To whom it may concern,I highly apologize for the inconvenience with this order and the customer's experience with us. As I took a look at this order I do show a cancellation and a refund. There could have been a glitch in the system that prevented the refund to be processed right away, but...

it is set now. We test our items out before sending them out to avoid future inconveniences, and none of the item had met our expectations.

I saved the email regarding my correspondence with the company in which they provided me a RMA number in order to repair/replace the item.  I also placed that same email in the package with the defective device.  I shipped the item priority mail with a tracking number and signature upon request of delivery for which the USPS has a record of.  There is a date and time for which they received the item.  I did not ship the item using their pre-printed label as I was unaware of their attachment until it was too late.

I sent  it via ups on sept 23,2015.  It was received in your office and signed for on September 29, 2015.  When does the 5 day rule expire for you.  I contacted a full week on 10-6-2015 after your company received it via ups to follow up.  To be told you hadn't received then through today you were still waiting on an update from shipping. After I gave my tracking info to your co. So please tell me when the 2-5 day appropriate response time expires.  I understand your 30 day return policy but the first 11 days were lost after delivery took a week and a half for ups to deliver to my home.  So Jemjem nothing has been timely to date.  I am still without a computer and no eta of when a new item will be received at my home.

Whenever it is a return to sending, depending on USPS, it can take up from 7-14 business days for packages to arrive back to us. the refund process quicker instead of having the package with packages with no information in them. We called USPS with the customer on the line, so she is aware we tried our best to help her. The package arrived at our location today, so her refund was processed today. Depending on the bank is depending when the refund will appear on her account.

item was not blatantly but [redacted] has to understand when an item is refused it can cause complications in getting a refund when an RMA is not issued. The shipment can be delayed in being returned by the carrier and it takes longer to process as a return as it has not been requested as a return.

Being an online order when a customer makes a purchase they get their order number and an email confirmation stating what they purchase,...

estimated arrival date and their order number. This order is from June 9. This makes it 4 months old. So even if they went to [redacted] to get help we are unfortunately unable to refund the customer, just because they went by the end of July, that is passing the 30 days. We are now in October.
