In our listings we do state our warranty period, which is daysIt is stated everywhere in the JemJem website and the *** *** websiteBeing an online order when a customer makes a purchase they get their order number and an email confirmation stating what
they purchase, estimated arrival date and their order numberThis order is from June This makes it months oldSo even if they went to *** *** to get help we are unfortunately unable to refund the customer, just because they went by the end of July, that is passing the daysWe are now in October

To whom it may concern,As the customer stated they had problems with the ipad from the beginning, they could have very well requested an RMA for an exchange or a refund
They even stated they did not use the product until the 30th dayOur policy is days for a refund and days for an exchangeThey contacted us over days passed their order dateThe customer's negligence of the policy and their lack of urgency to use their product does not constitute us to change policies or make exceptionsAlso, a dollar discount was offered towards the purchase of another iPad mini of the same model but was denied

There are a lot of e-mail correspondence between Mr*** and myself
Here are the basics to the problem:
We received his laptop he sent for return in terrible condition(See pictures attached)
When asked about why he wanted to
return the item he stated "I did not like itI prefer to use windows model."
When showed the pictures of how we received the laptop he stated he had witness' that the laptop was in good condition leaving his possession.
Therefore I advised him we were to send the laptop back and he must file a claim with USPS because we cannot accept items in such condition
Threats of jail, prison, fraud, and complaints started to come in as he states I am "trying to pull a fast one"
The bottom line is that we cannot accept a return of an item that is not in the condition that it was sent out
He said he has pictures of so called laptop pre-shipment and we took our pictures of the laptops as soon as it was received
Any other questions/concerns or need of e-mail correspondence please notify and I will gladly submit what I have

I took a look at this order and the customer was provided with a replacement in the correct amount of timeOur RMA's state that it takes 5-business days for us to review our packages, inspect them and then send out the replacementIn very rare cases,
due to our high amount of orders or holidays it may take longer than usualThe customer requested a refund after the inspection which does not allow us to change the request

Customer purchased the device last 11/30/and was shipped with tracking number ***For all of our orders we only provide our customers with a day return periodWithin the day return period if the phone malfunctions the

and we opened up a case with USPSThe customer has no fault for USPS mistake in delivery, so the customer will be refunded

Horrible company that delivered a defective IPad That Doesn't Turn On Or charge. They claim to refurbish them to like new condition but they are just selling garbage to scam customers. There is no customer service and their link to it on their website doesn't work. Their phone number just leads to a recording. Don't ever buy from them.

The tracking does not even show any movement. In the RMA it states we only provide 14 days for the RMA to be fulfilled. At this time we cannot provide the customer with either a refund or an exchange.

I sent them numerous emails with tracking information as well as refund request emails....... explaining that it was a gift for my sons birthday and how disappointed he was and that I was even willing for them to just send me back the original ipad they had received back from me so that I didn't feel like I paid $200 and had nothing at all
