Once we get the answer from her, we will go ahead with the process....

I mailed the package back to them the way they requested. I provided them with tracking information. The post office tells me it is in China. I don't know to move their package from Customs. I was advised by my local postmaster (Mrs. [redacted] that it could sit in Customs forever until they notify the recipient to come get it. I TRIED to ship this out UPS so I could track it, but THEY refused to allow me to do so. I don't know anything about international mail and how it works. UPS could have delivered it straight to them without this problem. This shipping method was THEIR choice. I have attached THAT email. In her email Cecilia promised me that if they can confirm the package is on the way to them, she would issue a refund (I have that email as well and can provide, this only allows 4 attachments). I provided the tracking info, she confirmed it left NY. She has not issued a refund. They need to check with customs officials about picking up their package. IT cost me $65 to mail it. If I do a "return to sender" and have it brought back to me...then have to resend it, that is more money it will cost me. I can do that... IF THEY SEND ME A SHIPPING LABEL. I am not paying for shipping a 3rd time. I will have spent more on the shipping back and forth than the product is worth. I am still getting the run around with this company...even though I have done everything they have asked and even spent $65 of my own money to mail their package (did I mention they lied about sending me a return label?).

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I not only want my full refund of $189.96 but also $33.40 for return of the dress. I have emails stating that I was to get a refund of the return postage of $33.40. Once a total refund of $223.26 is put back on my credit card used then I will be satisfied  and will close the case. I have over 50 emails from JJsHouse regarding this refund transaction. [redacted]

Thus far I have not received any refund from JJs House.  They' ve asked me to furnish them with a copy of postage receipt which I have attached a copy.  But again.  Thus far no monies have been refunded.

Sorry for the confusion and inconveniences.

We originally contacted our customer (daughter of the complainant [redacted]) regarding the refund. And this time, we contacted [redacted] directly concerning the refund, and sent her instructions on how to get official customs fee receipt from courier service provider. 

Once we get copy of the receipt, refund will be processed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until the product has arrived and  for the business to perform their action of a full refund.  If it doesn't, will consider this complaint unresolved and the right to reopen or submit a new complaint.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM JJ'S HOUSE! Poor quality products all coming from China, and then you get a surprise customs charge/fee when [redacted] attempts to deliver your package. They won't let you return items. Just a horrible rip-off. Don't do it!

This company is a scam, sent a bad dress, finally got them to agree to a refund and now they want us to ship the dress to china, Scam- Do Not Buy from this company!
