I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First, I would like a full refund of all monies paid thus far for both items . Second, the items was shipped to me free of shipping and handling via [redacted].  Was instructed by the company to send the items back via USPS which cost me 68.80 to send back.  It is not my fault they did not produce the correct sizes.  I should not be held accountable for shipping the items back.

 The company customer service representative sent me an email that they would give me 20% back on the price of the shawl and for me to consider how long it took for them to make it, etc.  I responded that I wanted the full refund and not 20% back, since I notified them the day after I received it that it was too small for me, and it is within their 7 days refund policy. 
I would caution people who order from this site - it is not like other online companies where when you order from other companies online, and if you don't like the product you can return it for a full refund, since you are shopping online and are not certain it will fit, the color, etc. Most online companies take back the product and you just pay for shipping.  Not this company- and come to find out the product is shipped from China so they said it would take 20-25 days for them to receive the product and then refund 20%. Not a good company for the consumer!
Please let me know if there is anything I can do from this point?

I ordered two dresses originally priced at $399.00 on sale for $99.00. This should have been a clue as the quality of the dresses was very poor. They offered a 20% discount on one and asked me to take it to a tailor. I am waiting for a response on the second dress. I loved the pictures of the dresses and thought at that original price that the quality would be good but I was so wrong. Do not order from the online site!

As JJ'S house reoonded, the amount has never been dedected from their bank according to my credit card company (bank). When I contacted my company, they suggested to request JJ'S house with proof of transaction,  which they did not have. My card company said "jj's house is NOT telling me the truth and they still have my money and dresses". Revdex.com, would you please ask JJ'S house for any evidence to proof that they have paid BACK FROM THEIR ACCOUNT, so I can proceed with filling complain with card company?  As of now, no payment was made by JJ'S house except $39.99 for shipping .

We have contacted our finance department to check it again. Please kindly note that when somebody files a chargeback for reason Pre Arbitration, the money will go back to the issuer bank immediately. The seller won't be able to hold it. Could you also please tell the customer to check it again whether she has received a refund of $421.47? (That may be issued by another account of us.)
 
We will immediately inform the customer when we have any update on this.

2. Or you may return the dress to us and be eligible for the full refund.
If you are returning dresses, clothing, or accessories, please make sure that they are in original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached. Please understand that a quality check on the returned items will be performed. We reserve the rights to reevaluate the refund amount. 
We will process the refund shortly once receive your parcel. Please note that it usually takes 2~3 weeks for it to be delivered depending on the shipping method. In most cases, customers providing us with the tracking number will help with a timely processing.

Something needs to be done about this place. First this is not Jessica McClintock's line of clothes, believe me. I bought 3 gowns from her store in Montclair, CA. before they closed it. The dress that I purchased from this place was not the same quality, the dress is totally different than the pictures on their website. Plus they are in China. They advertise Expedited Mailing, by the way they only offer two ways of getting your products and that's Expedited and Standard with only a $2 difference in price. One is Expedited $19.95 and the other is Standard $17.95. Expedited 3-6 days and Standard 5-8 days. I picked and paid for Expedited, it took 11 days to get to me. I sent them and email telling them that I was going to report them to Revdex.com for false advertisement. They panicked, cancelled an ordered I'd placed for a dress for my granddaughter who is the Flower Girl in my Son's Wedding on Oct. 29th. They could care less about their customers, if a foreigner's are going to do business in America than they need to make it more convenient for their customers. Like paying for Returns. If Fingerhut can pay for customer returns these people overseas need to do the same. It's frustrating because they don't put a phone number to call. I will never do business with this Fake store again. I suggest that you should check out these stores who claim they are selling Designer Clothes. This online store is not selling Jessica McClintock's clothes.
