I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I find it unrealistic that refunds require 2 weeks to be deposited, but the money was deducted within 8 minutes of placing the order.  Why do the same regulations and platforms not apply to extracting funds?

I would recommend that NO ONE buy anything from JJ's House. I was looking for a formal dress to wear in order to attend my friend's wedding that is on August 23rd of this year. I bought the dress on August 4th around 9am in the morning for a total of $138.47 & the standard shipping & custom size for the dress was included. They sent me a "ticket" which is basically a message to the account that I had made on JJ's House, anyways, they said that the measurements were wrong and that I would have to change them, but when she said that the estimated time would be between 15-30 days until the dress was ready, this is when I changed my mind and cancelled the order before they even started making it.I asked for a refund just before a whole 24 hours (because apparently if you ask for a refund past 48hours, more than likely you WON'T get any of your money back). So I replied and told her that I was cancelling the dress order so they wouldn't have to worry about the measurements but then she replied back saying how all of a sudden the dress makers said that they could make it with the measurements that I had gave them, and how suddenly it would only take 7-11 days for the dress to be made. Her response seemed kind of odd but I didn't think anything of it at the time, so I told her no thank you, I'll just take my refund and find a dress somewhere else. So she told me that after 1 business day, the money from my refund would be back on my account, so that Wednesday when I checked my account there it was so I decided to use that money for grocery shopping since I had already found a dress for a much cheaper price. The next day when I go to see how much was left over from my shopping, I find out that the $138.47 was taken back OUT of my account from JJ's House. How did I know? Because my bank account had -$231.67 because when I went shopping, it would charge an extra $30 due to the overdraft that JJ's House had caused when they took the 138.47$ out right after they had put it in. I am currently working with my bank to figure this out and get my money back from this FRAUD company. On the website I went to, which was www.jjshouse.com, I found out that they do NOT have a contact number, and that their business is located over seas in HONG KONG. Never again will I ever buy anything from an unknown website without reading the reviews now. When I looked up jjshouse.com I found so many NEGATIVE reviews, it was ridiculous. All of them was either about problems with payments, dresses, refunds, and how it was a fraud company. All I have to say is STAY AWAY FROM JJ'S HOUSE. Whether they are frauds or not, they're not right for what they're doing to people and their money.

I purchased a dress from JJ's House and the color and size is wrong. I did not use the dress and all the tags is on it but the dress does NOT come with return papers. I have to email them. I have to explain my situation and I am getting the run around. They only give 7 days to return the dress and they are not allowing me to return the dress. I have to email them everyday and still, no return paperwork.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them because they bill INTERNATIONALLY and there is NO phone number to call and you are not talking to someone in the US. I even had to pay an International charge because of their billing.

This is ridiculous. I want my money back but they will not give it back!!!! The dress is in perfect condition and also in its original packaging. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with JJ's HOUSE!!!!

Never do business with JJ's House unless you are 100% certain you want the product. They had nothing regarding returns on their website,but said to simply contact their customer service department. I ordered a product in an offered size that did not ask for any measurements. When I called to return, they told me their products are custom made and were not returnable! After going round and round with them, the best I could do was a 30% refund, but I got to keep the product, which I have no use for.

Do not order anything from JJ's house. I ordered a dress that was not custom fit because the measurements for my size were perfect. The dress came and the lace sleeves were too tight. There are no measurements for sleeves on the site and no way for them to be let out. I contacted the company to start the return process and was given the run around several times. I was offered 25% back but not a total refund. No where on the website does it say that you cannot return standard dresses.
