Revdex.com, Yes, JJsHouse.com did allow me to return my items....to China. I paid $77 to have my shipment sent internationally. JJsHouse.com claims to makes every dress to order, so then why am I returning a dress to China? Once again, this business is advertising one thing and doing another. I implore the Revdex.com to investigate their website for the claims they make versus the actual goods and services they provide.  I appreciate the seller's acceptance to refund my purchases, which should be a sign of good faith. However, sending my items back to the manufacturer as opposed to JJsHouse's Arizona facility puts the costs back on the consumer. This is not appropriate for any retailer, online or otherwise.

Please kindly note that when somebody files a chargeback for reason Pre Arbitration, the money will go back to the issuer bank immediately. The seller won't be able to hold it. Could you also please tell the customer to check it again whether she has received a refund of $421.47? I responded to the company's email received on Tuesday morning, seeking clarification of one of the options presented (retain product and receive a 40% discount), and have not received any follow up response from them since.  I sent two additional follow up messages  (Wed. and Thurs.) requesting a response, so that I could indicate to Revdex.com that this issue was resolved, however, no response has been received. I would like to settle this, but need to understand the specific refund amount being offered, and get proof that it has been processed.
