I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. The company reached out to me directly and offered the 2 following options. 1.We can refund you 40% of the dresses value and you can still keep the dresses. 2. You may return the dresses to us. It usually takes three weeks for us to receive your parcel depending on how you send it back. After receiving the returned products, we will process the refund of the items value for you, while the return postage will be at your own expense. While neither of these options is what I was looking to accomplish, I have informed the company I will accept option number 1. I have priced the shipping with my local post office to find that the shipping charge would be $89.95, which is outrageous. I have already paid shipping once and don't feel at this point that spending that much for shipping is an acceptable option. I am waiting for the to confirm that the refund amount would be $147.31 and how long will it take to be refunded to my credit card.                     I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

they have contacted me and sent me a return address, however, they told me if I remove my reviews they would immediately process my refund. As of this morning, I am being told they cannot refund me in whole unless I give them my PayPal login and account number. I did not use PayPal for this order, I used my credit card. Something is fishy here.

I mailed the package back to them the way they requested. I provided them with tracking information. The post office tells me it is in China. I don't know to move their package from Customs. I was advised by my local postmaster (Mrs. [redacted] that it could sit in Customs forever until they notify the recipient to come get it. I TRIED to ship this out UPS so I could track it, but THEY refused to allow me to do so. I don't know anything about international mail and how it works. UPS could have delivered it straight to them without this problem. This shipping method was THEIR choice. I have attached THAT email. In her email Cecilia promised me that if they can confirm the package is on the way to them, she would issue a refund (I have that email as well and can provide, this only allows 4 attachments). I provided the tracking info, she confirmed it left NY. She has not issued a refund. They need to check with customs officials about picking up their package. IT cost me $65 to mail it. If I do a "return to sender" and have it brought back to me...then have to resend it, that is more money it will cost me. I can do that... IF THEY SEND ME A SHIPPING LABEL. I am not paying for shipping a 3rd time. I will have spent more on the shipping back and forth than the product is worth. I am still getting the run around with this company...even though I have done everything they have asked and even spent $65 of my own money to mail their package (did I mention they lied about sending me a return label?).

I received an e-mail from Daisy W[redacted] on March 16th, 2017 saying I would get a full refund in 24 hours. I never got refund or even a "pending" refund. This company has terrible customer service and they have had my money charged since 3-2-17. I would like my refund immediately. JJ's House is a scam!

Dear Revdex.com,As JJ'S house reoonded, the amount has never been dedected from their bank according to my credit card company (bank). When I contacted my company, they suggested to request JJ'S house with proof of transaction,  which they did not have. My card company said "jj's house is NOT telling me the truth and they still have my money and dresses". Revdex.com, would you please ask JJ'S house for any evidence to proof that they have paid BACK FROM THEIR ACCOUNT, so I can proceed with filling complain with card company?  As of now, no payment was made by JJ'S house except $39.99 for shipping .Thank you.
