The chargeback was initiated due to the refusal of honoring the posted return policy.  I would not have made a purchase from your company had your website stated that you don't allows for returns for defective products. This is a direct quote from your website "You are qualified to get a full refund if your items are defective, damaged or mis-shipped. If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier, which should be included in your returned package." Had I known that this policy is false, I would not have ordered from your company. Now that I know, a coupon is of no use as I will never order from your company again.

I am not pleased with the companies response. Even though the company claims to give me a full refund of the items. They are REFUSE to refund me the shipping costs. I paid for the items to be shipped back to their China office, which I felt is unfair. I have attached a copy of the USPS postal receipt proving that I paid for the shipping costs to return the items.

Dear Revdex.com, Please note that once Ms. [redacted] filed the chargeback, the payment is held by her bank until the chargeback is closed. Her bank will refund her a full refund USD 190.47 directly after the case is closed. For the return postage, we are willing to refund it to Ms. [redacted]. It could only be refunded after she receives the refund USD 190.47. She can contact us to ask for the refund of the return postage. We will refund it to Ms. [redacted] then. Obviously they don't understand that I did not receive the package.  I have already checked with my neighbors and the mail carrier.  It was not delivered to my house.

Dear Revdex.com, Please note that $6 refund is 10% of the dress value and the customer can keep the dress. Now that the customer has returned the dress to us herself, we are willing to issue the full refund. Please understand that we are usually unable to process a refund if customers send items back without getting our return form and following our return instructions.
