Dear Revdex.com,We have processed full refund for [redacted] on January 22, 2015. We have finished the refunding procedure. Now it leaves to her bank to deposit the fund to her account, which is beyond our control.We are sorry for the inconvenience that it may take 7-15 working days for the money to be deposited to the account that She Paid The Order, but it is up to the regulations of her bank and the international credit card payment platform. The bank does have different procedures over paying and refunding. Would you kindly ask Donna to contact her bank as for why it took only several minutes to deduct the money but may take 7-15 working days for the money to be deposited to her account.Thank you.JJ’s House Service Team

I was worried about ordering a prom dress online without seeing it, but needed a custom fit for my tall daughter. Then more worried when I researched JJ's House rating on Revdex.com, after placing my order. My order didn't indicate shipped on the estimated date so I requested an update the next business day. I received a response within 24 hours that the dress had been shipped, apologizing for the delay. It arrived 24 hours later. The dress is absolutely beautiful, made well, and fits perfect! Would definitely order from JJ's House again!

We have completed the refund for [redacted]. Sharpe and sent her refund proof on May 16, which covers full refund of the two products and majority of the shipping cost. Currently, there is US$5.365 due.

According to the rules and regulations of international credit card service provider, we can refund as much as 125% of the amount paid. By The Amount Paid, I am referring to what [redacted] has paid for the two products. That’s why we are able to refund full refund of the two products (100% of amount paid) plus majority of the shipping cost (25% of amount paid) to [redacted]’s credit card. We would be glad to refund the additional US$5.365 to [redacted]’s credit card; however, it is against the rules and regulations of international credit card service provider and is forbidden. For more information, please refer to rules and regulations set by international credit card service provider, the third party platform.

Luckily, we are able to refund the additional US$5.365 to [redacted] as soon as she sends us a PayPal account.

Please understand that we are very concerned about our customer satisfaction and have done our best to that end. We wish [redacted] could understand our situation and send us a PayPal account at her earliest convenience.

JJs House sent the dress I ordered and the fit was so far off I cannot wear it. I had even gone up a size thinking I could have it taken in. The company gave me 3 choices; 40 percent refund and keep the dress, a 50 percent off coupon to reorder or return the dress . Checking with UPS it would cost $200 to send it back to China. I have requested the 40 percent refund as it's my only choice. They have to know the cost to return it is prohibitive so I consider this a true fraud!

Custom made is now available to your measurements!! I ordered a formal dress and shoes and they both fit perfectly. Shoes also true to size. They are narrow to average. Not wide width.

She had logged the complaint on behalf of her bridesmaids instead of herself. After close communications with [redacted], we have identified three of her bridesmaids,namely [redacted],...

We have processed full refund for [redacted] as she had cancelled the order on Nov. 9, and have sent return forms to [redacted] and [redacted] on Nov. 25. Once we receive the return goods and make sure the return is in line with our return policy, full refund will be processed.

We are sorry that we did not meet the expectations of the above mentioned customers this time. We will continue to improve our customer service. Hopefully, we will be able to serve them again in the future.

Bought a dress for my mother from JJ's House for her HS reunion before I came on Revdex.com to check their ratings. I immediately panicked as the rating is a C- here. I got a beautifully made dress, though is was a size too big but I think that was my fault in measuring her. Nothing a seamstress couldn't fix in a day. She was happy after alterations and I was elated. I would order again for myself this time.
