Ripoff - do not use
Ordered in September with understanding that order was delayed because of Covid, but order never came and when I would check status was told Covid issues and try again next month. Nothing was setup or started, but they were able muster up the strength to charge my credit card. When I asked again was told again Covid issues, so cancelled after several months - but they offer me a chance to wait longer or use store credit only for items I 'm pretty would never get. Nothing was mentioned about no refunds on items they never started to manufacture. Do not use.

After researching the complaint, JKM had notified the customer that the order had been cancelled and a full store credit ( [redacted] -$99.46) was on file, good to be used on any new order without an expiration dateThe customer prefers a refundJKM is willing to make an exception to our sales policy and we will issue a full refund within the next business daysWe have now forwarded this to our credit department for processingWe apologize for the inconvenience

We have been in contact with the customer via email and our last correspondence was:For years, JKM has serviced a variety of markets from [redacted] , our wholesale website supplying ribbons and trims to our customers However, JKM experienced a catastrophic problem with its web site when our marketing company reacted incorrectly to a [redacted] update and applied the wrong codes to our approximate 10,web pagesThis was a major blow to JKM’s business which has not been easily corrected as we identify each code problem and continue to make corrections The damage to the business has caused a major impact in our product supply timing and customer service Since you are requesting a full refund instead of the store credit which is our policy, we will send your refund of $in three equal monthly payments of $over the next three months starting in August We realize this is an inconvenience to you but we are making our best efforts to ensure you get the credit due to youYour credit is on file with us and the balance can be used for any new order until the refund is completeThank you for your cooperation

Customer's order was shipped on 11/14/via UPS, tracking# [redacted] Two of the items remained on back order with the manufacturer until late January of JKM cancelled these items from the order and included refund check # [redacted] in the amount of $with the customer's order We apologize for the inconvenience
