Pods will not deliver to our house We had out household items shipped from TN to WA state where we would told by two customer service people that they would bring to our house once we had an address Now when we called them they say they will not deliver to our house On their website it says they will deliver Here is the link to the website http://www.pods.com/usa-container-moving-storage/services.aspx this does not say anything about certain areas

Damaged 60" Sony TV from extreme heat when stored at facility I have been calling for months regarding our 60" TV that was damaged while stored from extreme heat I was referred to their underwriter and she stated that POD is responsible for the damage but POD keeps sending me back to them They never return any of my many calls and refuse to help me with this matter My TV was damaged while at their facility and they should be responsible for replacing itIt seems like there is no one there that has the authorization to make a decision on this claim

Charging Credit cards removed from account This started in September 2016, PODS starting charging every credit card that was or is on my account Four of those credit cards that were charged were no longer on the account anywhere and were no longer in use by my familyHowever the point is that I removed them from the account, meaning that I remove my authorization for PODS to touch that card They OBVIOUSLY have a database where they store any credit cards that were ever used, and that is illegal! PCI regulations only allow a company to store credit cards with the users permission When I take a credit card off an account, that is in fact taking my permission AWAY from that company to use that credit card/debit card Now I am running into a issue where PODS is telling me that a charge on my account is because a bank is disputing a charge made to them In 12/I was charged an additional 170.26, when I called billing regarding this I asked for a detailed itemized statement

DO NOT use PODs, they are negligent and claim no responsibility for their actionsWhile trying to contact them, the customer service experience was almost as bad as the damage they caused to my home! When delivering PODs to my new address, the hydraulics on their truck BROKE my driveway (I'm talking 1/the driveway, sinkhole size hole AND the driver admitted damages) When calling to inform them (after over a week of trying to get a hold of someone and getting nothing but the run around from their call centers) I was told they are NOT responsible for damages doneThe refuse to even let me speak with a manager in the matterThis is the WORST customer service EVER, and I am left with a gaping whole in my driveway, which will cost in the thousands to repairI CAN NOT stress to you enough, DO NOT USE THEM! There are several other companies that will NOT damage your property and actually give you customer service!

There was water damage to my dining room table caused during PODS storage I used PODS service during April 2016-June during my moveI rented two PODS- one ft and one 7ft PODAfter getting my PODS on June 8th after being in PODS storage, there was water in the ft POD resulting in my dining room table being damagedI contacted PODS and they had determined that there was no way water could have gotten into my PODI disagree with thisThe table did not have any damage prior to being put into the PODThis was a direct result of something happening during the weeks it was in their careI entrusted PODS to secure my items and was not happy with the care taken, or resolution to my issue

Rat fecal material an water damage on my stored items, refund, and replace I moved many items from my old house have been in a single POD storage unit for months Recently I went to retrieve some items, and opened the POD and found profound rat feces ant some water damage on many of the very furniture items I intended to put in my new home When asked about the damage POD referred my to an outsider Insurance vendor, who told me that in my contract it specifies that rodent damage is not covered , as for any potential water damage, once I remove my items the POD will one pressure tested, though otherwise, I am out of luckwhen looking on line many other customers states profound rat damage ( with PICS) , only to be told your out of luckI can't put these infested items in my new home, its a total lossI was sold on the advertisement of climate controlled environment for storage( yeah right)

They won't come pick up their pod even thou I have been told for a month they are coming to get it I purchased the house at [redacted] in [redacted] a month ago When I purchased the home there was a pod in the driveway I was told it would be gone soon Well over the last month I have called times and each time I am told that it will be gone the next day or that I would be called back asap and each time I receive no call and the pod is still there a month later
