PODS lost my container and gave wrong/inaccurate delivery dates on multiple occasions
On 2/14/I paid Pods a total of $That balance being paid made it able for my container to ship from Pods in Los Angeles, CAI made the payment over the phone, and then scheduled a delivery date for my container to arrive 2/26/in Needham, MAHowever, on 2/25/I received a voicemail from Pods stating that my container would NOT be delivered on said date 2/26/The voicemail stated that it was due to "unforeseen delays"First, this call was made a day before my container was supposed to be deliveredMeaning from when I called on 2/14/my container sat in a facility in Los Angeles-not being moved and possibly lostBetween that time I never received a phone call or email about any problems with my containerUp until 2/25/again one day before it was supposed to be delivered did I hear it wasn't going to arriveI called Pods on 2/25/to figure out the reason for
