I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have attached a 15 page document please refer to this document for detailed information.  For example the first page of the attached document Chase claims I was offered two return flights on Sunday April 12th 2015 or Tuesday April 14th 2015.  Both of these offers were unacceptable.  The flight offered on Sunday April 12th 2015 would have actually gotten me home Monday afternoon when I needed to be at work, which also makes the offer for Tuesday April 14th also unacceptable.  If the flight for April 12th would have been suitable then I would have taken it and NOT spent over $2000 on two one-way tickets.   If Chase Travel would have provided [redacted] Airlines our contact information in February none of this would be an issue because I would have made the correct changes before I even left the country.  Chase Bank and Chase Travel did NOT pass on the customer contact information to [redacted] Airlines and I was never contacted to make the necessary changes to my travel plans. In the first page of the document Chase claims they cannot cover services rendered outside of Chase Travel!!!  Manzanillo (ZLO) is a tiny airport, there were no other options of getting home.  I'm NOT asking Chase to refund the extra day of transportation, hotel and food I am asking them to pay for the return tickets since they sold me a faulty product that unbeknownst to me was cancelled simply because Chase did NOT give my contact information to [redacted] Airlines and again if Chase had provided this information I wouldn't have invested over two months of my time and energy to pursue this issue of negligence and arrogance!!!Chase did NOT refund $593.10 [redacted] Airlines refunded this portion of the cancelled tickets.  Chase did take over 5 weeks to process this refund.  I AM ASKING CHASE TO REFUND APPROXIMATELY $1406.90 USD I HAD TO SPEND TO GET HOME.  $2000 - $593.10 = $1406.90 If Chase fails to comply with my demands I will be contacting both the state (WA, [redacted] Attorney Generals in regards to this issue.

Response received from the business in this site does not address the matter at all, after sending them numerous communications. The business did not even consider that that there was bugs in the system of the supplier and did not even consider several email communications which clearly demonstrated inability of the supplier to fix their systems and internal procedures. The business put all fault on me and I am not happy with the results of such investigation. For those who use chase credit cards, I do not recommend making expensive transactions using this card, as they could never can refund to you if something goes wrong with the business.  Never rely on the contract part that says 100% purchase protection - 100% fraud protection. These are mere promises which never work.

I have not received any kind of response from Chase. All I have been given is the runaround and lied to.

Turns out that opening the Revdex.com case was necessary to bring the issue to the attention to the proper party. 
Aside from the horrific customer support prior to receiving correspondence in reply to my complaint, the representative that called me regarding my complaint was most helpful and resolved the issue in a timely manner. Would have liked to avoid the complaint altogether, but in this case it proved to be futile to resolving the issue.
