While my scheduled time for service was in the am, I received status calls throughout the day Once Darrell T arrived he was friendly and courteous I was updated on the all work/evaluations performed Darrell also explained My Plumber's process for cleaning ducts and provided an estimate for that service I would definitely refer My Plumber to family and friends
I was concerned because a replacement water heater I had purchased would not be available for another week, and the leaking of our old heater seemed to be increasingA previous visit from a My Plumber plumber did not result in their finding a replacement water heater which would fit in the space without construction I ended up purchasing the water heater from Lowes which would fit the space without costly constructionBut when the leaking intensified, with delivery of the new heater days away, I called My Plumber again for same-day service for advice on the intensifying leaking The plumber, John M., was very knowledgeable, patient in explaining the problem and immediate resolution, friendly, and courteousI wished that he had been the first plumber dispatched to my home
Jonathan B came to my house and found the problem quicklyHe was very knowledgeable about his tradeYes I would use him againI used my plumber in the past and I had an ok experience with themI only used them again due to a warranty I have on the HVAC system they put in years agoJonathan told me to use them again due to the fact the company has changed

The plumber came the same day, no problem, his name was Mark K [redacted] He was excellent, fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, advised how to avoid the problem in the future Very excellent service Very friendly and helpful And got to my home very promptly, even after PM I have always had a good experience with "My Plumber" and this was no exception - in fact every time I have a problem the service is better and better Mark was truly excellent and I recommend him without any reservations Very professional, courteous, smart and efficient service
I had a contract with My Plumber that included an annual check up on my three HVAC unitsDarrell T was the technician that came to do the work He was very professional and friendly He worked efficiently and gave me regular updates about how his check up was goingI fully expected that he would find something wrong that would require a costly repair, just because this has happened before But instead he said he found nothing wrong, and that all the units were operating properly! He couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and niceI was impressed

I have used My Plumber before and have nothing but good things to say about them From the phone call requesting service to the service technician everyone was extremely polite and very professional; Felt as if I was talking with a friend The technician definitely knew what he was doing and did it quickly and left no mess! I will definitely use them again and request for John to be the tech
John M from MyPlumber did an outstanding job fixing a leak in the toilet in the house and replacing a broken kitchen faucet He was quick, courteous and professional I have never seen a plumber fix something so quickly
Larry Wdid a fine job analyzing and coming up with a temporary solution to our furnace problem He then prepared permanent repair options, explaining each in detail He was jovial and friendly, but totally serious about his workWe are looking forward to his next visit when the parts ordered arrive and then will install themMy Plumber, as an organization has been very responsive and all staff visits have been easy to work with Their work has been on target every time at reasonable costs
Chris G did did a outstanding job replacing our water heaterHe was on time and very professional! He informed us step by step what he was doing! He answered all of our questions! He cleaned up behind his workHe takes pride in his professionMy husband and I have had our experiences with plumbers and Chris G has totally raised the bar! Excellent work!!!
