I have had good experiences with My Plumber Heating & Cooling for some time now I have a plumbing inspection contract with them Mark K*** was the plumber at my home today and he installed a new pressure valve as well as checked the entire house for other issues The service is efficient, courteous and completely professional I recommend it highly

Chris L** is a dedicated professional who gave us a competent **spection and evaluation of our HVAC System He was honest ** his recommendations concern**g its year age, tell**g us if a major component stops function**g, it is best to replace the entire system, one of slightly **creased capacity He also found and po**ted out a burned out and disconnected UV light, used to m**imize mold, mildew and bacteria ** the system He did not exhibit unwanted sales pressure, as might have been the case, ** an effort to sell system replacement Instead, he recommended watchfully us**g the system until a major component ceases function

my plumber Alex B was great, he arrived as he said and explained what needed to be done He even gave us some pointers to keep our drains in good working order
We are very pleased with his work Our drains are in great working order now and we would highly recommend my plumber to anyone

We apologize for the delay in response Interviews were needed with all employees involved in the service calls to the *** residence My Plumber Heating and
Cooling dispatched different technician to *** ***'s home On July 16, 2014, a plumbing technician and a camera/video inspector were dispatched to *** ***'s home due to her complaint: her basement drain was backing up when dishwasher and washing machine were in use After quoting customer price for snaking the floor drain and receiving her approval, our technciian began service He ran cable through the floor drain and hit a blockage at feet He pulled back a mud covered cable head Our camera/video inspector was en route to *** ***'s home as well Our camera/video inspector camerad the floor drain and the kitchen/laundry drain line and found grease build in the pipe He also determined the stack for the laundry and kitchen were not installed correctly causing issues with venting and gave *** estimates to repair and jet the line*** declined further serviceA 3rd technciian was dispatched on July 29, 2014, due to the ongoing problem This technician was unfortunately unsuccessful in clearing the line thru the floor drain as well
*** ***'s plumbing problem was not a regular stoppage She had an issue that was not going to be resolved with a a cabling or snaking of the line*** let me know that she has had another contractor bypass this drain line issue since we visited We hope for *** ***'s sake the other contractor has addressed her concerns thoroughly My Plumber Heating and Cooling's repairs and replacement services must meet city/county code specificaionsWe understand *** has had to pay for additional services We have also incurred costs in our effort to assist *** *** We are willing to refund *** $ of our service charge We hope this will resolve the matter

contractors of potential problems in their homeThe sampling standards are set by the EPA not
MyPlumberThe statement that my company spread asbestos
over the entire home is inaccurate as the test results indicate levels of not
detectable and well EPA standardsThere was a preexisting condition which we were
not informed of that exposed my employees to a hazardous situationCustomer states home inspection did not reveal
asbestos, when in fact there is/wasCustomer had flooring installed over the
asbestos tile; the installer should have informed you of the asbestos and
recommended removalWe came out to repair line from kitchen to main
drain with the attempt to save as much of your flooring as possibleOur safety record is open for scrutiny anytime
as there are local, state and federal oversight into our industryCustomer has from the beginning has attempted to
have the work we completed at his home free of chargeWe are not liable for conditions at customer’s
home

Same day service was awesomeOther businesses take a week + to even return a callI called around 9:and they scheduled me between noon & 6:PMPatrick was there at 12:30; very professional; addressed all of the issues (significant variation in temps between rooms) and gave me some ideas to try without spending tons of money

All members on the My Plumber team that provided service at my home were extremely courteous and professional especially those members that were in training My kitchen drain system ruptured and from the moment the first tech arrived, he had diagnosed the problem quickly Though it took longer than must jobs due to the severity of the problem, having to break the concrete flooring, they kept me informed on everything that they were doing and going to do to resolve the problem They've completed the project and my family and I are once enjoying our home

We received your letter dated February 19, in reference to Mr*** *** of *** *** *** ***, Gainesville, VA, Upon receipt of the letter one of our customer service representatives left Mr*** a voice message requesting him to fax or email copy of receipt from *** plumbing indicating he did have them come to perform repair work and to give us a call backMr*** did fax receipt and indicated that he was having a busy day and would try to call back when he had time; we have processed refund of $We understand Mr***'s position and understanding of MyPlumber installing of customer supplied appliances; we do have procedures in place and if Mr*** had called us as soon as he had a problem with the garbage disposal we would have dispatched a certified licensed plumber (if not same plumber that performed the initial installation) to return to his home at no charge to determine if it was the appliance or installation.
We were not afforded that opportunity, we are refunding Mr*** the $79,per his request as we strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction.

My wife and I were impressed by Mark's professionalism,competence, and low key approach to informing us of My Plumber's maintenance plan for the products they installMark completed his work quickly and efficiently, leaving his work area cleaner than when he arrived!

My Plumber was on time, friendly, and replaced my sump pump for a reasonable price

My experience with My Plumber was horribleThey are price-gougers whose unprofessional technicians bully customersThe plumber who came to my house was swearing and complaining the entire time about his work and made me feel like a bad person for having a plumbing issue that was not my fault and out of my controlThey then proceeded to tell me I had no other real option but to rely on their expertise and pay them at least three times what other plumbers in the area would have charged meThey said it was very serious I move quickly, then said they wouldn't be able to start work until almost a week later, leaving me with no water for 7-daysI felt I had to go with them because they offered financingHowever, the next day I found a professional plumber that said the work should really cost about 1/of what they were charging me and they were "taking advantage of me" and charging me thousands and thousands just for laborI promptly called My Plumber to cancel and was treated very rudely by the manager and harassedThey are still trying to get money out of me even though I canceled within the allotted timeframe and should suffer no penalty or obligation, per my invoice contractThey are continuing to harass me, trying to get me to sign a new invoice and make me pay them moneyI would definitely not recommend them to anyoneSteer clear

Last night my thermostat shut down along with the air conditioning, not a good night and company was coming for a visit the next dayI called My Plumber at am I expected to be told I needed a new ac unit and thermostat! Within two hours James arrived He resolved the air conditioning issue and answered all my questions I hate to call workmen because I feel my lack of knowledge about things mechanical puts me at a disadvantage I could not have asked for a better solution or technician to effect that solutionJames was thorough as well as courteous All I have to say is WOW! I definitely will call this company again
