I am rejecting this response because:
After almost two months still they are not giving the price of each item that they have usedThis company is playing with words and every time they are sending a different break downI think I am over charged around $I am a year old with a terminal illness and every time that I think about how I was robbed by this company for the job they have done is bothering me a lotI have learned my lesson that do not trust theses kind of companies and get at least one more estimateIt is sham that for a small job we have to involve a lawyer to fight for our rightsI have to pay the price of the parts and the labor the same way that I was charged for other services with other companies, I do not know why I am charged for overhead to me is a way this company is adjusting their over chargesThank you Revdex.com for your help and cooperation in this matter

John w professional, personable, would not ask for a better plumber

I am the owner of the a rental property where My Plumber undertook extensive work as detailed belowI also own several other properties for which I routinely hire specialized contractors, including plumbersIn my experience of almost twenty years I have not been subject from any other contractor to the combination of poor work, unfulfilled commitments and illegal and malicious threats to put a lien on the property for the payment of erroneous and inflated bills before the contract had been completedDetails followMy contract with My Plumber consisted of two parts: a sewer line replacement with a year guarantee and above ground piping including in particular the replacement of a tub drain and hydrojet system flushing for a total quoted price of $AOn the sewerage line replacement there were several shortcomings in the executionThe location of the Cast Iron pipe was misdiagnosed by Troy V** ***Consequently much more dredging was necessary than I signed up for, increasing the risk of sags or cracks in the walkwayThis was further increased because the compacting of the earth every 18” fell short of what was promisedNor were the sewer pipes “completely surrounded by gravel to lock them in place” as we were told before the job was done and as My Plumber subsequently falsely claimed in writing had been doneI decided not to ask that any corrections be made for any of these shortcomings provided I received the promised year warrantyBRegarding the above ground sewer piping the major shortcoming was that the tub drain was not replaced contrary to what we were promised in writingWhen a leak emerged within a few days, we first tried to contact the responsible manager, Troy V** ***, and when he did not respond his supervisor was contactedThere was no response from my Plumber to our emergency request to fix a contractual obligationI had to use my own plumber to fix the problemMy Plumber accepted responsibility for this shortcoming and agreed to rebate the cost of $I paid to my own plumberBut they refused to pay me for an additional $that I had to pay my contractor to open the ceiling for the plumbing work to proceed and then close the ceiling when the job was completed !!
CWarrantiesThe promised year warranty for the sewer work and year warranty for the above were not provided before I was asked to pay a grossly inflated balaaglnce on the contractThe physical work was completed on July 3rd and I sent My Plumber an email on July 7th offering to pay the correct balance on receipt of the two warrantiesNone was forthcoming until I received a call on July 21st from the Accounts Receivable Supervisor (Savannah C** falsely claiming I had waived the written notice requirements under the Maryland Code relating to contractor liens against real property; and illegally threatening to place a lien on my property if I did not pay an erroneous and inflated bill “within hours”At that point I had little choice but to hire the services of a lawyer who informed My Plumber of our intention to seek appropriate relief and damages if it proceeded with the malicious threat of its Accounts Receivable Supervisor; and asking for the promised warranties so that the correct balance could be paidSubsequently I received an erroneous total bill of $instead of the agreed price of $with an outstanding balance that was about $above the amount actually dueThis was corrected in due course but only after I hired a lawyer and the warranties were provided However, My Plumber refused to reimburse me for my legal expenses of $which only became necessary because of My Plumber’s technical and administrative shortcomingsIn conclusion, My Plumber’s motto that “we seek 100% customer satisfaction” is not born out by my experience as well by the failure of My Plumber’s Resolutions Manager to satisfactorily address the above shortcomings

Lee performed my furnace checkup and was one of the best technicians I have dealt with

The Technician (John W) from My Plumber was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable in Hvac maintenance and repairHe readily shared his expertise and information with the customer when any questions and concerns were askedMy Plumber should consider the company fortunate with such a Par-Excellent employee

I have been dealing with My Plumber for many yearsWhen the plumber says that I need something done, We do itI enjoy working with this companyTheir prices are reasonable and the gentlemen who call on me to provide the services are always knowledgeable, helpful and they always go out of their way to win the customer's confidenceAriel is an excellent example of the kind of service that My plumber providesTo you Ariel I say, "Well done!!!!!"

Tristan was our service provider from My Plumer He gave us excellent service He assessed the problem and explained our options and prices Once we made a decision he went to work and in a short time it was finished He had replaced our kitchen faucet He left everything clean and polished just like new We were very pleased He was very personable

Dear Mr Dennis:
In regards to MsFraser’s complaint, My Plumber Heating and Cooling has the following the following responsesFirst, I need to make it very clear. MsFraser was not charged $for snaking her sewer line. MsFraser was charged $on a Visa credit card for pulling and resetting her water closet. (see Credit Card transaction receipt) MsFraser is incorrect in the amount and the task we did complete. Please see Attachment A with MsFraser’s signatures on our invoice for pulling and resetting the water closet. On our initial visit to MsFraser’s home on Saturday evening, October 18, 2014, our technician also noted MsFraser has a broken clean out and sewage was discharging in her yard(Please see picture of the outside clean out in Attachment B)
Please note MsFraser’s signatures on our invoice #1410201170MCC (Attachment C) that we cabled the line again and pulled back rags, dirt and sand. The presence of rags in the sewer line is an obvious misuse. MrFraser was not charged for this visit. MsFraser was aware of what we removed from her sewerWe dispatched a camera inspector to her home the same day to video the line because we were not able to get the cables past feet in her sewer line after trying multiple times. Our camera inspector noted he was also not able to get pass ft. He determined the line has an issueOur camera inspector walked the inspection path with Ms Fraser and pointed out the area the camera could go no further, We maintain his opinion is correct. And MsFraser’s problems will continue unless this matter is addressed
My Plumber Heating and Cooling has a moral obligation to provide professional, honest and ethical service to all of our customers. We service thousands of customers every year with the goal to provide 100% satisfaction. However, we understand no one can provide 100% of the people 100% of the time, even when service is free. We dispatched three (3) different technicians to MsFraser’s home for a total of four (4) visits. Many hours were used in the attempt to resolve MsFraser’s plumbing issues that were not caused by us. Every hour spent by our technicians was dedicated to help her. MsFraser was only charged for the pull and reset of the water closet, which she signed for on our invoice. All of the attempts to snake the sewer line and the camera inspection were completed as a no charge to MsFraser. Based on MsFraser’s comments she sees no value for our effortsMy Plumber Heating and Cooling stands by our technician’s diagnosis. We are willing to provide another no charge camera inspection to inspect the line with **Fraser and see if her sewer line is problem free. If no issues are found then we are willing to refund the charge for the pull and reset for the water closet for $348.00.

My Plumber and their Service Tech Miguel G*** did an overall outstanding job of taking my phone call for furnace repair and arriving at my house within hours, quickly identifying the problem, acquiring the parts necessary for the repair and completing the required work

I recently switched from one company to My Plumber Heating and Cooling based on a recommendation from a friend and from the Revdex.com I selected them because of their professionalism and friendliness when the initial representative came to our home to explain their servicesWhen I called My Plumber to come out to check something right before the blizzard, they scheduled me immediately and were here within the window of time they promised I'd like to especially commend John W(2802JW) who was extremely professional, courteous and was patient with answering all of my questions I had many questions about the maintenance contract and he was very patient answering them and took his time to explain everything to meI would highly recommend My Plumber to my friends This is definitely a company that has not forgotten what excellent customer service means Thanks

Danile D, the "My Plumber" service technician came out to provide an A/Cinspection of my two zones of equipment He was very thorough, seemed very knowledgeable, patiently answered all of my questions, and instilled confidence in me He suggested the repairs/ parts replacements that could be accomnplished at this time, but did not push or coerce me into immediated repairs; instead, he allowed me to decline with the understanding that the recommended activity should be accomplished in the near future I decided to purchase their "priority club" service contract, mainly due to the confidence and trust he instilled in me

We started with a drip that turned into a leak and called myplumber.comAlex Bresponded rapidly and quickly ascertained the problemHe explained each item that needed repair and clearly articulated the work to be done and his recommendations for resolutionHe detailed the prices for each part of the job and explained during the repairs when he had to make a change in plansHe did not charge us for pieces he could not fix as we had discussedExcellent service and excellent resultsWe are keeping his card for the inevitable future plumbing emergency and we will continue to use his company

Tommy Dprovided excellent service in repairing a toilet in my home He was courteous and efficient and also gave me accurate advice on other repairs that were needed Wonderful work!!

The technician Oscar was fantastic with new install of equipment in our kitchen I will be using my plumber again because of his service

Not taken by my plumberIt is a professional companies job to understand the details of working in older homes.
Room was not sealed properly and dust was spread throughout homeEmployee took
Complete blame for this weather you want to admit that or NotEmployees name was terryWe asked you guys to check on a leak in our kitchen that was not there Prior to you guys coming in to snake the area due to Not having obtaining a work permit from fairfax cityWe would have never asked you to Come in otherwise, but the city required It because you once again did not follow proper ProtocolsPermits are supposed to be pulled prior to and during work, not afterwards because you forgot.
We are willing to work with you guys on a total price, but refuse to pay total price for work that was done haphazardly, unprofessionally, and could put my family at long term health risk.
